Moore did good work at a fair price and treated us with appreciation and professionalism. I'd definitely will use them again.

Speedy and on time to inspect to provide a quote. Inspector said they would call by next Tuesday. Month rolls by and no word. I call the office and they tell me they will get to the bottom of it. More weeks roll by and we finally get a quote, but missing options that were discussed during the inspection.

We had to ask for another quote and the attitude seemed to be, "we are doing you a favor by working for you." That turned me off. The end quote seemed reasonable and I would love to have the work done, but am afraid of what other problems will surface.

Took off the day from work to have them service the HVAC, they were a no show and said we could re schedule due to their poor planning.Will not recommend this company to anyone

Purchased an electric fire place for $5,600 and it worked a couple of times. Then requested them to look at it, they discovered loose wires. It worked a few more times and stopped again, when I called they said it was the battery. But if they come to check it, they'd charge me. Very dissatisfied.

oh wow... I just looked it up the review of this heating company since the heating unit wasn't working and called them. the service guy came real quickly and he fixed the problem right away and he even gave us the tip how to save money for this kind of problem. we will definitely use them again if we have problem further in the future.

Very poor communication with customers! We had different things told us by different staff, and endEd up being in a cold house for few days, because Moore p/h couldn’t keep their mind about appointment and their cancelation list!
