    Rescued again by Moore's. Last year, when I arrived home from Florida at -14, they raced over to fix my nonfunctioning furnace. Today, when they arrived within hours of my call, they re-hung my ceiling mounted and collapsing back-up furnace, repaired my hw heater, tested my main furnace, confirmed no CO leaks and restored my conviction that life in AK is grand, even with earthquakes.

    $324 to replace a furnace igniter on a Sunday. Received itemized receipt. Customer service- meh. We asked for a repairman not a salesman.
    Wrapped up in the bill was the expected inflated weekend billing rates, but also a transportation fee of approximately $30 to drive to my house to do the work, about a 1 mile distance.

    You never want to talk to a plumber until you need one. And when I did, Moore Heating went above and beyond to get me up and running. What seamed like an impossible task, was resolved by the hard work of Jerry, Devon and Tony. They made it happen
    and I am not only impressed, but forever thankful.

    Tried to book appointment for cleaning vents, They called me to reschedule twice. "Truck was in shop" then instead of a reschedule she wanted to put me another week out after I had waited for my appointment time. They could have reschedule someone other than the person who has already waited.

    What a great company! They responded immediately, and sorted out my heating problem in a short time. The technicians were very knowledgeble and worked quickly. They followed up with a very reasonably priced service call to ensure that everything was in order. I will be calling them for all my heating needs from now on.

    Called them upon a couple recommendation of co-workers and had high Hope's that my furnace would be fixed. , it wasn't. What was actually the problem I didn't see him check. I paid a service call to freeze until I called another company. I'd seriously like my money back!

    Tech was on time and professional but did not have all the parts. I could order or he could. I ordered and installed but it still needed a followup. Follow up to check rest of system was going to be a second callout not just a continuation. So starting at $130 ish. Was cheaper to just buy and replace parts instead of starting over.
