Diamond Heating & AirTemp Alaska

Sep 2022, 50 year old cast iron boiler started acting up. Joe came out and provided me with quotes for a few different brands and in various configurations. I opted for high efficiency IBC unit. April 2023, called to make installation appointment and found the current price went down, not up! Even with current inflation! Utilized their interest-free financing through Wells Fargo.

May 2023, Justin and Brandon replaced the boiler, hot water heater and garage heater with new units. The original quote was for 4 days and that's what it took, even though one of them was called away a couple times.

They did a fantastic job. Happy with the quality of their workmanship and attention to detail. Very professional and easy to get along with. They answered all my questions, addressed any concerns. They also accommodated a couple extra request items during the installation.

With IBC's 10-year Parts and Labor warranty and with Diamond Heating / Airtemp Alaska set to come out annually to do the inspection & servicing, I'm expecting this new system should run well and last for a very long time to come.

I'd give them a 9.9. They'd get a 10 as soon as they add Ernie to their crew's "Our Team" website! 🙂

Albert was my technician who performed routine maintenance and cleaning on my forced air furnace and water heater. Showed up on-time, performed the required maintenance efficiently yet still effective, was friendly and a true professional. Highly recommend Diamond for any heating need. They also have transparent pricing and communicate clearly the set costs before the work is performed. Ask for Albert he was fantastic!

Everyone on the team is super kind and easy to talk to. Sam, the consultant was amazing- super knowledgeable! He made time for us during his busy day and came to our house for a furnace installment estimate because we did not have heat/ our furnace was no longer working. He offered to let us use their company’s portable heater and the estimate proposal was super quick. The installers were also AMAZING- quick and efficient.

I contacted Diamond Heating to have my furnace cleaned and serviced. They got a tech out quickly, and they called me when he was on his way. Albert came by and did a great job! He took his time to inspect everything, and answer my questions. He was kind, educated about his skill, and pretty funny! Before he left he cleaned everything and changed my filter out for me. Great job, I’m happy with my experience and would highly recommend and plan to use Diamond Heating again. Thank you!

My water heater went out so I called and got Sam, who was very helpful and responsive. He was able to get me scheduled within 48 hours and Justin/Brandon showed up on time for the install. They got it done quickly and hauled away my old heater and stand. Great experience overall! It was pricey for a standard water heater install ($3400ish total) but they got it done quickly and correctly.

Returning home from a trip out of town, I found that my home water heater had leaked and was no longer heating the water. I called the after hours service and setup a call back. The next day I was able to arrange for the service technician visit. He (Demetrius) was very knowledgeable and made the necessary repair. Great job!!!

Demetrius is a solid tech! He was very professional and got our furnace back working. He is very knowledgeable and communicated very well what needed to be done. I highly recommend him to anyone and I will ask for him personally on any future furnace issues that I have!

The folks at Diamond Heating were very professional. They quickly and efficiently installed our new Trane furnace. We’ve always had good experiences with this company. Last year, they installed a new water heater for us, and the caliber of service was the same. You’ll end up paying more than some other vendors, but I believe the price is worth it. Huge thank you to Sam, and the two technicians that did the install, Justin and Brandon. We love our new furnace!
