Thomas is amazing! He answered all my questions in a professional manner. He was quick with his work and values the customers knowledge on their heating system. I now have the knowledge to check on my heating system to make sure the system is fully functioning. I will definitely use this company again if any repair or installations needs to be completed.

Diamond heating is absolutely amazing! We wanted to replace our entire heating and hot water system. We have an odd combination unit where the boiler does our forced air and our hot water. We contacted 3 companies and Sam from Diamond was the only one to take the time to explain to us what we had and explain his recommendation for our replacement and why he recommended that. Originally, we were only going to do only our hot water, but with our unit and how old they both were, it just made sense to rip the bandaid and do it all. I wish they had a plumber so they could have done a water softener to go with it!

My only complaint is they started the project before having the air handler in hand and we had to go a week with no heat. It has been scheduled to be delivered on Thursday and they didn’t get it until Monday afternoon. Since our heating wasn’t an emergency, I would have been happy waiting. I considered doing less stars, but they went above and beyond to ensure we would be ok. They called daily and offered more space heaters. They went out of their way to make it right. After working with Diamond, I trust them for all my future HVAC needs.

Justin and Sam were AWESOME. They came and worker hard and installed new furnace quickly, and efficiently. They were friendly polite, tidy and professional. Diamond heating made our catastrophe ok. Explained and then just fixed it!!! You do great customer training. Thank you.

Diamond Heating has great people and systems. I’m on their annual maintenance plan and they call to schedule, which I value. Albert was my technician yesterday and was professional and so pleasant. While we were reviewing what he had done and what may be required in future, I made an additional request. Although it was the end of the work day, he didn’t hesitate to do it. Not typical, and so appreciated. Thank you, Albert!

It has been a great experience working with Diamond Heating because they are honest, knowledgable, and use high quality products like Trane and Rheem. My first experience was with Sam for an estimate. I was looking for a quote to replace my hot water heater and furnace. He was timely, friendly, and spent huge amount of time educating me and answering all of my questions. I did not feel rushed and the quote was quickly finalized. I also felt absolutely no pressure to commit quickly or do unnecessary work. I ended scheduling a service call for maintenance on both units. Tyler was very professional, timely, and gave me pragmatic advice for how to get the most years out of my furnace. They have my business for both maintenance and future replacement when the time comes. Also, their customer service with scheduling and stuff like that was a breeze. It's rare to find a business that is just so pleasant and kind with every interaction.

As a realtor, I work with just about all the major (and smaller) heating companies in town. I would rank Diamond Heating right up at the top with the other companies. I have been using Diamond Heating almost exclusively for a couple of years now with my clients as well as with my personal home. Keith arrived today on time (actually ahead of schedule) and Keith was excellent! He explained everything to me very well and kept my costs down. Keith got my heat up and running quickly and made some great suggestions about what I need to be aware of with my particular heating system. I am very pleased with Diamond Heating's customer service and with Keith.

The tech Tyler was nice but seemed to be in a hurry to complete the job and leave. I was assured by him he had fixed the problem and replaced the PPV valve along with the routine maintenance. Right after he left I went to Wasilla Fred Meyer to pick up my son's prescription and he was hanging out in his van in the parking lot by wing street. I'm not trying to stir the pot here but we pay a lot of money to maintain this system so it is working correctly during the winter and I feel almost $900 was wasted since my boiler is still leaking. Everything is expensive these days and if someone is going to perform repairs and maintenance it needs to be done right. Our heating system is new and should not be having these issues. I use Diamond to perform maintenance and repairs since they are the company who installed it.

Very kind after hours desk, super helpful main desk. Technician was quick at responding to our no heat in March. Friendly and talked me through what was going on. Unfortunately parts are not in stock so an order has to be placed. They gave us space heaters to keep us warm until the part comes in. Great company.

Justin was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. Our new furnace installation came off exactly as expected.
