Professional and courteous. Advance notice of expected arrival and a timely arrival. Excellent communications. Technician took the time to explain our system and performed a thorough maintenance inspection and cleaning. Technician noticed and recommended a minor repair that would improve our system’s efficiency. Invited but not pressured to sign up for their maintenance plan. Good investment. Highly recommend.

I had an 8:30am appointment and their technician was on time. He cleaned/vacuumed the furnace. Replaced 2 filters and showed me how to do it. Then we talked about when we can replace furnace and hot water heater and alternate type of hot water heater.

Edit to add an update: Just got a new furnace installed by Brandon and Andrew. They were knowledgeable and friendly, I'm glad to see Diamond Heating does consistently great work over the years!

The technician Tom was friendly and helpful, explained some of the systems to me as this is my first time as a homeowner. He pointed out some things to be mindful of in the future, too. Great service service and friendly people!

After calling the “other big Anchorage hvac company” and being on hold for 20 minutes I called Diamond. They answered right away. Communication was excellent. Couldn’t ask for a more professional outfit.

Our install day fell the day after Anchorage got buried with a foot of snow. A Diamond Heating worker called first thing to let me know they had to cancel the first day because of unplowed roads. I was thankful for the early notice. They pushed the install back 1 day. Even though snow was still an issue — both on the roads and in our yard — the install team worked quickly, efficiently and professionally. Although it was scheduled as a two day job, the team worked late the first day to make sure that we were not without heat overnight. They came back the next day for minor mop up and were gone in a couple hours. I am extremely impressed by their professionalism. Diamond Heating wasn’t the cheapest of my estimates, but the system they installed was the best and they explained why. Glad I went with them.

Demetrius was professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through any issues and provided feedback on upkeep of the systems. We have always used Diamond Heating and highly recommend them.
