I 1000% would use these guys again.
They were very quick to come out and inspect our failed furnace and dropped off some heaters the following day to keep us warm while we waited for our new furnace installation.
The new furnace is working flawlessly and as advertised.

Albert, their service technician did an excellent job. He was thorough, friendly, and clean. There was no mess for me to have to deal with. He explained that my furnace system was in great working order. Dimond Heating has done an excellent job for me for many years. I recommend them highly.

Our furnace went out overnight, and my husband called first thing this morning to have someone come out and look at it. Demetrius arrived and identified the issue almost immediately. He did a great job of explaining what happened in a way I could understand, and worked quickly to fix the problem. Thank you!

Took his time and figured it out. He actually got to the bottom of what needed to be done along with replacing and updating some parts. He explained what he was replacing and why so I could understand it. We’ve been very pleased because we have no longer had any issues since he’s fixed it. We had six frustrating years until Dimond and heating sent him (Albert).

This isn’t about the company, but how one of their employees helped me. My vehicle was stalled on the road, blocking traffic. One of their employees walked over and helped pushed my park into a nearby parking lot. So I’m very grateful for his help, and will use Dimond Heating in the future over a different company.

Was having an issue with my hot water heater where the pilot would go out and then leak gas a bit. Dimond came out, quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad thermocouple and replaced it. Even showed me how to replace it in the future if it needs it again. Recommended them highly for their quick response and fix.
