From phone call #1 to Diamond’s office to schedule, to meeting up with Tyler at the property for the service was a great experience. Having the boiler system inspected, serviced and given a clean bill of health (with possible future issues he forecasted), was as smooth of a process as someone could want. I’ve wondered for years who to recommend and also who to use, now I know. Thank you guys!

Diamond heating is the best. I called the night before to let them know that we were out of heat and hot water. They called early the next morning and sent a technician out. Keith arrived at the home and was extremely professional and helpful. He went above and beyond. He fixed the problem that we were having and also took the time to install a new thermostat for us. He answered all of my questions and was extremely helpful.

Diamond has done work for us over the years, and most recently redid our air handler and water heating system and still shine like a gem! Justin and Brandon (and ride along dog Ernie - poor pup had to stay out in the van but got lots of pets throughout the day) are fantastic company reps - the nicest guys, and we are still wowed about how Diamond manages to leave our house after that many hours like ninjas - no trace! Except for vastly better quality of life - goodbye stale air and no water pressure!! We are so excited for a company that did deep surgery on our house and brought it back into its youth. We appreciate the owner's clear care about their business, and prior team member's Chris and Kevin's work as well. Thank you Diamond!

Friendly and great worker, know what his looking for and what his doing. Took hour to do job which is normal and depends on what’s wrong with unit. My unit just need clean up n make sure everything works properly. 5star for him (Tom) for such great job.

Diamond Hearing was excellent. After receiving their quote they were able to start work the next week. Their plumber Chris was top notch completing the project efficiently and professionally and they even cleaned up every night. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks for the great job.

We purchased our furnace from Diamond and have our furnace cleaned and checked up yearly; always appreciate their thorough cleaning and testing. Today Demetrius did a check up of our furnace. He represented the company well. He was prompt and professional. We really appreciate the service this company provides.

I have used Diamond Heating for more than 4 years and have always had a positive experience. Most recently Tyler performed maintenance on my furnace system. Cordial, on time, and communicative. Office staff is always on top of it. I know people in the construction business that use them too.

We had an odd plastic smell in our house and Albert identified the problem super quickly. He was also able to fix it just as fast. He was super personable and I would recommend Diamond Heating to anyone.

Had a technician, Tyler, come out to service my gas furnace, garage heater, and water heater. Was on-time, knowledgeable and professional. Identified a leak in one of the fittings for my water heater and came up with an effective solution to repair it that saved me money and him time. I would definitely have him back out here again.
