I called at 9pm on a weekend, and had a call back first thing monday morning. I was scheduled for a quick appoint. The technication showed up on time, with a 15 minute heads up text. He was very professional, quick, and resolved the issue. He also had an honest conversation with what reasonable expectations would be for the life of my furnace. I was very happy with the work.

They did a great job and were very fast. Im at work a lot so communicating with me was challenging. I’m sure it was annoying for them as I couldn’t pickup the phone all the time. But, they were very patient and understanding with my situation. It’s always wonderful to find people who are willing to work with you. Definitely recommending them to other family members and friends.

I have used this business before and they wereprofessional, fixed the issue. Last year great. This year. Terrible. I called with a heat out situation. They could get to me in a week. I managed to get the heating system rebooted. I requested 3 items for the appointment. Check the error that caused the shutdown, service the boile and discus a wifi thermostat.
They called the day before take payment for their service before they come out. Next, boiler service,no can do next March was the 1st availability. They did show. Nothing on a wifi thermostat. Found 2 items bad. Expansion tank & pressure valve. He put the estimate in the body of the notes. The price seamed high so asked for a breakdown. No can do we quote as a job we do not break down materials & labor.
They wanted 819.00 to change the parts. Let me just say. I went to central plumbing and bought the 2 part for 160. List. That would put labor at over 600. For a 1 hr job. I hired another plumber to do the work. Yep 1 hr. With travel 1.5 hrs.
I am done with diamond. Their practices are deceptive. Gouging would be another. Buyer beware

I called me Diamond since they are familar with Trane units. System had been blowing cold air since 09/03. Home warranty company allowed me to choose my own tech after the one they assigned
diagnosed problem as a control panel issue then never followed up with contacting me or the warranty
company. Diamond was able to dispatch 2 techs earlier than we originally scheduled so I was able to avoid an after hours charge. Keith and Albert were very professional, personable, and patient as I asked them questions to fill out the documentation for reimbursement on my computer as they were working on the furnace. Issue was a faulty gas valve not the control panel. Highly recommend them for any heating issues!

The technician Tyler was excellent. He was incredibly thorough, on time, did excellent work and was in general a nice guy. He found a few issues with our equipment, some he fixed on the spot and others he sent off for a quote. I highly recommend.

I was stuck in the snow turning from lake otis to 54th CT. They saw I was stuck and people from the business helped when others just watched. People from the business were so nice and understanding. One person was pulling out of the business lot on their way home. Someone came out of the office just to help us and another 2 people pulled up in a business van, started helping right away. They took the time to stop and help me and my kids. AMAZING PEOPLE. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
