    Excellent service. Crew especially Jason, Joel, Adam are knowledgeable, on time, neat, friendly, super cautious during this virus pandemic & clean up thoroughly. We had 2 heaters replaced with a new more efficient one with 2 thermostats to control 3 different floors. We have used them for routine maintenance for years & added fireplace service this year.

    I had a tech come out in August to repair my heater, no suggestions on other parts that may need looked at in the future so I was under the impression everything was good to go. Low and behold come October as it was getting cold cold the SAME error code is popping up so I called in the morning and yes on a Sunday the tech said and I quote " I won't charge you for this because it was something so simple but I will talk to our service manager about what can be done to get this fixed for you so it wont happen again" Wellllll I got an invoice that is fine I called to pay the invoice but voice my complaints of the whole ordeal I have been dealing with especially the lack of information AND the being told I would not be charged yet I got a bill. The woman who I spoke with repeatedly cut me off during my complaint and would not let me finish a single sentence and snapped at me "well I will credit this but we wont be doing business with you ever again, you'll have to find someone else" YEP Great customer service Moore! 10/10 would NEVER recommend due to that statement alone. Again I was calling to PAY the invoice and was just frustrated that I was told one thing but another happened so I voiced my complaint only to be told "We won't be doing business with you ever again" by a woman who cut me off at EVERY chance and would not hear out my complaint.

    Words cannot express how Thankful we are for Moore Plumbing and Heating. They have gone above and beyond to help us with our issue with our furnace. I have never seen a company display more care and concern and professionalism than they do. They listened when we had a concern and took care of the problem. I would give them 1000 stars if I could. This is definitely a company I would recommend and will continue to do business with!!!

    In October, Technician John performed an inspection of our furnace and suggested we replace zone valves, expansion tank, fill valve and air vent. The boiler is 13 years old and should last 25 years. We accepted their bid for repairs of $1500. On November 9, John performed stated repairs and final cost was $1300. John had explained very well the function of components and associated issues. We are extremely pleased and the furnace operates efficiently and is quiet.

    I have been very pleased with Moore Heating. When I had a problem with my Heating System a few days ago I was prepared to go to battle. But much to my relief Moore stepped up to the plate and made things right for me. These days it's difficult to find a company that backs up their product and wants to keep their customers happy. Moore did that!!
    They truly are an honest, trustworthy, reputable and professional company and back up their motto of "Ethics, Integrity and Trust.
    I highly recommend Moore Heating.

    So pleased with everything from my first emergency call about "toxic furnace smell" to both the guys that came out and not only diagnosed my dying furnace but also installing it 24 hours later. My installer, Jay, was AWESOME! He showed up on time on a Sat morning no less. He worked efficiently and went above and beyond taking out my old crusty humidifier. Thank you also to trying to accommodate my fulltime work schedule which none of the other 4 businesses I called would do.

    Buying the same heater model new is $800 plus 250 shipping. They charged me $400 for a circuit board +$300 for a cable install. When i could purchase the same one in it for $280 with cables. So i got a new circuit board based on todays rare mineral prices and it does the same thing or is over priced for a more expensive model. It cost me $800. Buying the heater new and shipping it would of been overall cheaper sense the heater is 16 years old and require future sensors replaced. I hired a professional not a fix-it man. Sadly i can't recommend them. A for effort.. failed the professional part. Looking for a professional.

    I wish I could give more stars. I have been in Anchorage for a short time, but have used a lot of companies to do work on my house. Most have a great sales presentation but horrible quality of work. I have found the rose among thorns. I am completely impressed with the professionalism and great communication they have had. They show up on time when they schedule and even call the day before to confirm, they look professional with how they dress, and are very quick in responding to questions. This has been a fantastic experience. The crew who installed my generator went a step above and beyond to ensure the base was secure and installed correctly. I would recommend them to everyone.

    Edit: Just received a call after emailing a complaint and posting this one on Google. They will be issuing my reimbursement check and delivering it today. Explained their process for claims and gave me an apology. For that I am upping to 3 stars. But I shouldn't have needed to file these complaints in the first place and even if low man on the totem pole in the claims process, there should be a more efficient way to track these things to put the customer at ease.

    Original review: Competitive prices but don't use them for warranty work. They'll claim to have submitted the warranty paperwork for you but want you to pay upfront to get the warranty item replaced rather than be paid by the manufacturer. Then they'll claim it can take "30-90" days for you to get the reimbursement, all the while not actually submitting your claim and unnecessarily prolonging the reimbursement process. I had a water heater that was clearly a warranty issue back in early December. Was told the warranty claim had been turned in shortly after that appointment. Then had the replacement installed beginning of January (had to wait for holidays to pass over). Just found out today (2/20) that the claim hadn't even been turned into the Manufacturer until 1/31/18!!! Almost 1.5 months since the diagnostic appt happened to confirm it was a warranty issue. 3 separate times I had called Moore Heating and each time they could only give me the vague "30-90" days and couldn't provide a warranty claim number. Since I trusted them, I let it slide. But then talking with my sister-in-law, lamenting that it'd be really nice to have my $2539 back in my bank account, she said I needed to be more proactive because Moore should be able to provide me with a claim number that warranties are tracked with (she works with warranty claims often). In the end, I had to contact the manufacturer directly and they gave me all the information Moore should've provided but in reality couldn't during my previous calls since the claim wasn't submitted until 1/31/18. On top of this, the manufacturer said they process claims in 2 DAYS after they receive them. Needless to say, I'm disappointed. Thought I had found a good heating and plumbing service company but this stunt with not even processing the warranty in a timely manner and then lying about it, is just dishonest, ridiculous and unnecessary. I can't submit the warranty on my own and have to rely on a licensed company to do it. They acted like I was inconveniencing them each time I called but I am the one still out $2539. Moore got paid immediately for their parts and labor to install the warranty replacement. I'm giving it two stars because their install work and their prices were good and competitive and their workers should not be slighted in their craft. However, customer beware of their warranty process and reimbursement time frames.
