I'm so happy to say that Grayson air conditioning was the right choice for my husband and me. From Amanda in the office to Garrett, Joey, Billy, Brandt that came to my house and did a very professional job. Definitely went above and beyond what we expected with the outside slab that has a really beautiful plaque. to the amazing aluminum ladder. Can't really say enough good thing's about Grayson. We had two new vent's put in two of our rooms one being the laundry room which is really nice not to be burning up folding cloth's. We was blessed by a new furnace door. I had several question's Garrett was always ready to give an answer an if he didn't have one he would call me right back with the answer. Amanda in the office was very helpful as well.
Never got to talk with Tracy she was out for the week. Thank you again Garrett, Joey, Brandt, Billy, and Amanda for a job well done!

Excellent, above par, service from technician- Allen Cowart. He went out of the way to make two visits before and after the holidays, in order to find solutions to a mold problem.

We recently discovered "possible" mold coming from one of our vents and the tech did a thorough investigation of both of our systems and discovered that a good bit of mold is indeed building up within the old duct work and systems- therefore starting to blow into several of our rooms causing severe allergies. He presented us with photos of the inside ductwork and discussed all of our options including installing new ductwork and/or possible cleaning, as well as the new reme halo options.

Very please that we switched to Grayson's in recent years- all of our inspections and techs have been excellent, and I'm finally remembering to send a much needed positive review!!!!! Martha Benton

Garrett did my fall check on my system. He noticed some milddew in the unit and explained the ways to remove and circumvent future problems. He went over the products until I clearly understood the products. We had him install the items and within a few days noticed a difference in the air quality in our home. At the time I mention to him I wanted to put the outdoor unit on a concrete pad. He said the Grayson did that and gave me a quote. Later I contacted him for the work and asked him if
Grayson could also place an additional concrete pad. He sent me a quote which was a fair price. Two days later I was contacted that they could do the work the next day. The workers sent to do the work are a group of workers that impressmed me greatly. Brandt, Jake, Travis, Micah, Terry, and Joey are dedicated to doing their jobs well. When a problem arose that they were not sure how to contine until they checked with their manager. Shortly he appeared at the work area and the problem was solved. Not only do they care about their work, but show great loyality and care about Grayson. They were very respectful to me and made sure I was satisified with the finished product. My hats off to Grayson for the work and having such a group of men.

Our A/C broke Sunday night, my husband called them yesterday 12/19 in the morning around 7am, we got a call within the hour. Aaron Lee was at our house around 830. He advised us our 18 year old A/C needed to be replaced. He scheduled us to have a new A/C unit put in today, they came at 830 as scheduled maybe even a Lil sooner, they called before they arrived.
Chris Glen, Terry Cox, Billy Long and Brandt Will, did an above and beyond amazing job, great service, professional, cleaned up all messes which was not much. These guys are amazing.

I had a new A/C system put in by Grayson and the installer was very good and Professional these other guys where also very Professional, Micah Frazier, Terry Cox, Travis Perry and Donathan Jackson.

Ben Howell was the tech that came to my house and he was amazing! He made sure to give me all my options. He was very professional and kind.

Travis Perry, Brannon Kennedy and Micah Frazier replaced the coils in my American Standard HVAC system and rerouted four pieces of ductwork for me. They were on time, professional, and personable. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing either a new system or repair work. Grayson has an outstanding reputation and came highly recommended to me by two friends, and I was well pleased with the service I received. Thanks, guys!
