I started having issues with my Air conditioning cooling and decided to call Grayson out to fix it. Their service tech chase came out and diagnosed the issue that day and very quickly. I ultimately decided to get a new unit installed and I am very happy with my decision. It took a couple weeks to get the new one scheduled to be put in, but the Grayson team made sure I was taken care of for the time being with some window units to help. Brannon and Travis came to install the new unit and I was very impressed with their customer service and quality of work. Huge thanks to the Grayson team, especially Chase, Travis, and Brannon in getting this new unit installed and my house cooling well!

Alan Cowart was wonderful! Punctual and got along with our two "barky" dogs. He handled our annual maintence, kept everything clean, and checked our outdoor unit as well. Ms. Caroline, please make sure Alan is our regular maintenance person from here on out!

It is always a pleasure to call the home office and talk to Carolyn whenever I might need service or maintenance. Today my unit was serviced by Allen. He was very thorough, professional and explained additional options that might be needed. I totally recommend Grayson Mitchell for their services.

The Grayson Team replaced the heating and cooling unit with a much more efficient system in one day. All the techs were very friendly and professional. They answered my many questions and treated my home with respect. Special thanks to Ms Angie who can by and made sure and left over dust or whatever was removed and she had a great attitude.

We were customers of Grayson in the past, and this most current visit to update our system, we will customers in the future.

I had my annual Spring maintenance call today, and Allen did an amazing job! Grayson is the best AC company on the Gulf Coast.

Allen was very knowledgeable and thorough in checking on our units at the office! We would love to have him come back as our regular technician.

Graysons offers a service subscription, they come twice a year to service the AC system. I continue the subscription from the previous owner of my house and I am very please with their services, great communication, the staff call to set up the appointment and the service technician does a very professional work. For the last service a new technician came. His name is Allen and was very professional and friendly.

Our air conditioner stopped working last night after a power outage and we initially planned on having a technician come out in the morning to look at it. We decided to call Grayson and see about price. They immediately answered the phone and noted they didn’t have an extra after-hours surcharge. Our technician, Garrett, was at the house within 20 min and quickly found the problem. We were up and running within an hour and at a much cheaper price than expected. He even took the extra time to do a quick inspection of our system and found a filter we had neglected to change for years! We really appreciate the friendly service and quick response. We’ll definitely use Grayson again in the future.
