Tyler Hensarling came to out our home today and fixed out ac troubles. He was very professional, respectful, and helpful. Did an amazing job and fixed our problem in a very timely manner. Would 100% recommend his service and company to anyone who is in need of ac repair.

From the moment we contacted Graysons, Morgan was more than willing to get someone out here immediately, after hours on a Sunday afternoon. Tyler was quick to call & let us know he was on his way over. There’s nothing that will humble you more than your AC freezing up in the midst of this Alabama summer heat. Both Morgan & Tyler went over & beyond explaining the expenses, what our best options would be & how to prevent it happening in the future. You have to give props to ANYONE, not only willing to climb into an attic in a 2 story house that’s touching 88 degrees, but to work in it as well, getting the problem solved, no matter what it took! We have 2 big dogs & 4 cats that were just absolutely miserable but the compassion that Morgan & Tyler had for every single one of us meant more than they know! Recommend 10/10!!!!

We are always happy with every time we use Grayson A/C Service. Each person is very knowledgeable in their field and super professional. They recently replaced our air condition, put new ducking in the attic, and replaced our furnace. They made it a painless process. Easy to work with, punctual, and they communicate well. Our technician, Aaron, did an excellent job of fixing the downstairs air conditioner. He came after hours to diagnose the problem and returned early the next day with the needed part repair the unit and cool my house!!

Although we were in the hottest weather we have had this year when I contacted Grayson Air & Heating regarding our air conditioning they went out of their way to get our problems solved for our situation. They were on time Graysons staff were so very professional and resolved our problems

Wow! Just wow! We had our A/C unit replaced today. The crew was awesome!! Friendly, kind, respectful, efficient, thorough! I could go on and on. They did a beautiful job, cleaned up when job was over and explained the new system to us. Grayson and their employees are outstanding!!! The BEST customer service bar none!!! Grayson installed new duct work in attic, installed UV light & Reme Halo, and repaired A/C closet. My team: Micah, Tyler, Dustin, Colton, and Chris P were very knowledgeable of what needed to be done. Very pleased with communication from the team.
