I signed up for their bi annual services and Shannon Barnhill called to remind me of my upcoming appointment. She is pertained, friendly and has great customer service.
Allen Cowart called to let me know when he would be arriving. He is such a great asset to the Grayson team. He was professional, courtesy and informative. He took time to answer my questions and explain the things he was doing as well as possible issues or corrections to help with my power bill, when it comes to running the AC.

Chris Glen & Dustin Payne did a great job on my installation today and they arrived way ahead of my scheduled appointment, so that great for me on starting my appointment ahead of schedule.

Allen Cowart came to my house to do the semi-anual pm checkup and cleaning of the system. Could not have been better. He is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Grayson Air is a very good company to do business with and they will be who I call in the future!

From the time of my first contact with Grayson Air Conditioning until the crew of technicians completed the job at my home, I was thoroughly pleased with the service provided and the professional manner exhibited by each Grayson team member.

Upon arrival, it was evident that the installation team had been well trained in both the technical and common issues associated with HVAC in a typical family residence. The crew meticulously diagnosed any conflict involving the construction of my home and property relative to the design of the interior and exterior Carrier unit, then skillfully set about the installation process while expertly responding to my questions and concerns. I was particularly impressed with the cohesiveness of the team as they communicated with each other, in HVAC terminology, to ensure successful and efficient job completion.

Grayson’s five-star service was provided to me by Ben Howell, Joey Pettis, Dustin Payne, Chris Glen, Justin, and Angie. To a team of hard workers, a well-deserved thank you very much.

While having my spring maintenance visit, asked my tech Allen C about UV lights for the A/C unit. I didn’t think I had a mildew issue until Allen took a picture of the inside of my unit above the blower and there was more than small bit of growth. Allen stated that he had a REME Halo kit (uv light) in his van and could install it immediately if I wanted. I did, and he had it in and working in about 15 minutes. I never thought it could make a difference so quickly, my wife’s “allergies” were greatly improved by morning, no congestion or coughing.

Allen also suggested their filter service. You can get merv10 filters delivered for less than purchasing from any of the big retailers.

Couldn’t be happier with Grayson AC

I love Grayson. I bought a heater/air conditioning system for my house five years ago, and it has been completely trouble free. This morning, Allen C stopped by to do a routine servicing and install an insulated tent for the entrance to my attic. Allen was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable, and he did a five star, superb job. Morgan, the office receptionist, was also helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. It's always a pleasure dealing with Grayson.

Allen Cowart did an outstanding job checking out our A/C system during our reqular maintenance check up. Grayson does a great job with scheduling and is quick to respond when needed.

Allen Cowart came over early this morning, while it was still frost on the houses,cars ,and definitely the generator, no technician has ever came this early to do outside repairs .Allen is very good at his job(with a smile)and very professional. When finished he brought the paperwork to the door and bid me a good day until next time. I appreciate Grayson 's and their family atmosphere.

Allen Cowart performed the semi-annual maintenance on my HVAC system this morning. He called before coming as a courtesy and then arrived a few minutes later. Allen was personable and professional as he performed the maintenance on our system. My wife and I found him to be very knowledgeable and accommodating. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. We look forward to seeing Allen again.
