Grayson is the BEST! I just bought this house and needed to set up maintenance service for my unit. I called Grayson (who installed the unit for the previous owner) and they sent Andrew out within 48 hrs. Andrew was punctual, professional, and super nice. A week later while trying to install a new thermostat I blew a fuse and the thermostat went blank. I called Grayson and Travis and Micah came out first thing the next business day. Travis and Micah were professional and knowledgeable correcting the problem in no time at all. Thanks to them I have the heat on again! I’m so happy with the quality of service I have received from Grayson!

We have used Grayson for a little over 3 years now and the service has always been outstanding. We used them two years ago to replace our main AC unit and were quite pleased with experience. That install went great and we have been very happy with the Carrier unit they installed so when it was time to replace our upstairs unit we didn't hesitate to call Grayson again.

The new unit was installed last week and once again we were very pleased. The guys that installed our system, Chris, & Terry were great. They showed up on time, were very professional, and made quick work of the job. The install was very neat and the new system is so much better than the old one.

I would highly recommend Grayson if you ever have a problem with your system or if you are just looking for someone to perform routine maintenance. Their staff is knowledgeable and professional, and their service simply can’t be beat.

Allen was outstanding, courteous and extremely professional. He came to check the unit as part of my service contract but when I mentioned how frustrating it is that I can’t get enough air to cool the opposite side of the house even after adding extra vents and an Ecobee thermostat with sensors, he did a thorough inspection in the attic. He discovered major tears and defects in the duct work. Along with pictures, he explained everything in great detail including quotes for each option. I am beyond thankful for the time Allen spent diagnosing the problems as well as answering all of my questions and concerns. He was very kind and went over and beyond to help me resolve the problem.
