Allen Cowart was my service tech today for my semi annual service. Allen is a keeper for Grayson, he has serviced our unit before and is always efficient, knowledgeable an just an overall good guy. Allen gave me some pointers on our unit as well as advice on an electrical line affecting our unit. Very happy!

Service Technician Allen Cowart did an excellent job under difficult weather circumstances, serving two HVAC units and a generator. He also researched and proposed a good solution for an air vent location problem. Very courteous and professional. As long-time customers of Grayson, we highly recommend the company and Allen.

I am a long time customer and have been intrigued by the way the company treats its employees. That trickles down to those you serve. It is obvious the staff deeply identifies with Grayson.

Carolyn called and set up my appointment for me. Allen came out and did an excellent job on doing maintenance to our unit. He even grabbed something down from the attic for me while he was checking the air ducts. Great work and thanks, Allen! Would definitely recommend.

Tyler Hensarling came out to our house. We just wanted a checkup on our A/C to make sure everything was in order and he was fantastic! Very informative and professional/right in time. Highly recommend him and the company.

Tyler is the type representative you welcome in your home to service all of
your heating & air conditioning units, plus our generator. Grayson has done a great job in the 5 years we have used them their services and we will continue to use them in the future.

Grayson Air Conditioning came this a.m. to replace our A/C unit. All the installers were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Arrived at 8:30 a.m. and worked non- stop except for their lunch break. Once job was finished they cleaned area, then instructed us on how to set the new thermostat. Before driving off they wished us a “Happy Easter”.

On March 20th a team of technicians from Grayson (Chris Pruitt, Terry Cox, Micah Frazier and Colten Rogers) came out to install a new air conditioner for our upstairs. They were polite and hard working. They got most of the install finished in one day but due to circumstances beyond their control they had to finish the next day. I’m happy with their work and we’ll use them for any future HVAC needs.

Tyler Hensarling was a pleasure to talk to. He was very knowledgeable and was at ease explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it.

I have 3 HVAC systems that he not only serviced but also thoroughly cleaned the outside of.

Very pleased with the service and the young man who did it.

Christmas Eve our heat pump failed, Early Christmas morning we called Grayson Air. Garrett quickly responded and after inspection of our 13-Year-old heat pump and 43-year-old duct system advised we needed a complete system, including ducts. He had Tracy call to make all arrangements, Tracy scheduled Jody to do materials survey on Monday, Travis and his crew Micah, Jake, Chris arrived Tuesday morning, removed old duct work and heat pump, by Friday noon we had a completely new system, including new duct and vents,
The Grayson team are first class in every way, Courteous, Professional, Knowledgeable, and Very Neat.
