Shannon was awesome getting me seen the same day at the end of the day. Garret showed up within 30 minutes and was able to get the problem diagnosed and fixed in a timely and professional manner. He even took the time to talk with my kids as he was working. We will definitely be using Grayson for any future needs.

I've been using Grayson for a few years. They are always timely, professional and friendly. Allen Cowart was my technician this time and I appreciate him so much. Some of the insulation fell from the attic and he took the time to clean it up. Top notch service! I would recommend them 100%

Andrew and Terry called about 15 minutes before arrival during the window in which they were set to perform system maintenance.

I caught them outside putting blue shoe covers on their feet which was a great way to start. Both Andrew and Terry were super courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to explain what they were up to. They kept their workspace immaculate.

I'd say they both went above and beyond the call of duty today and represented Grayson as well as possible. Would definitely recommend them to friends, family, and strangers on the street!

Chris Glen, Dustin Payne, and Logan Woodruff replaced our air handling unit today. They were all very professional, and very polite. Excellent Service, on time, cleaned up everything, and explained how the new system worked. Highly recommended. Grayson set us up with a two year, 0% loan so it was great service from everyone
