Travis, Micah, Terry and Jake did an outstanding job replacing all of the ducting under my midtown home (not an easy job as they maneuvered for four days in a small, tight crawlspace). They were patient with me as they explained the process and my options. They communicated each day their progress and what they had left to complete. They were thorough and professional. Very happy with the experience!

Excellent service! Very Professional, on time, kept me well informed as to what was needed and how to fix it. Allen Cowart performed maintenance on our home A/C system and also our Emergency Generator. Morgan did a great job scheduling us too, a little tricky because we have 2 locations and generator all done at the same time. Great team!

I was out of town on a work trip when my wife called complaining that our A/C was struggling to keep up with the summer heat. I put in a request online for Grayson to come out and assess my system since I wasn’t happy with work performed by previous companies. They called the morning of the next business day and had a tech out that afternoon. Allen C. showed up and did a tremendous job! We were worried we might need extensive work, but Allen was able to take care of us in one service call. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and straightforward. I won’t hesitate to call Grayson for any future issues.

The Grayson team did a fantastic job installing my new AC unit yesterday.
The crew of Lantz, Alan, Micah, Brandt, Joey and Angie were courteous, efficient and professional. It was a large install and the crew worked hard, ensuring that the system worked properly before leaving.
The cleanup was first rate, you would never know that they had been working inside and outside all day.

Allen Cowart did our semi annual AC Maintenance this time. He was people & dog friendly. Took time to explain what he was doing to my unit & listened to my concerns. I'll be requesting him for services in the future. It's really nice to have someone with a sense of Southern hospitality service your home.

I bought my first home this April and within a few hours of moving in the AC stopped cooling- I called Grayson and Tyler was at our house almost immediately, reassuring me from the get-go. He provided a cleaning of the AC, gave me advice regarding my AC unit to keep it going as long as possible since it's so old and even gave me an estimate of how much it would be to get a new one so I knew how much I needed to save towards, all very reassuringly and kindly- He could've just told me I needed to replace the unit right then and there, but he chose to go the honest route instead.
I will be coming back to Grayson when it's time to replace my AC unit, and I will be asking for Tyler too- HIGHLY RECOMMEND

So, Greyson has been servicing my old system for two years. Excellent work keeping it going. They told me it was on its last leg and was time bomb. So, instead, I'm waiting for it to blow up.
I went ahead and got the 26 seer carrier system with one night of it operating. It shows a big difference. Keeping up with the heat, humidity, and demand. We like it cold cranked it down to 64F and took the house 84F at 6pm to 64F by 10pm that night. I could easily go with someone else and get the cheapest unit.
But I'm super glad I did not. Greyson may seem pricey. But, the quality of the system and work is well worth it. The workers are super friendly and knowledgeable. I do construction but I don't know anything about HVAC systems.
Super super pleased and I highly recommend upgrading don't wait for it to blow up.

Grayson air conditioning has been amazing since using them. Since moving into my new place, I've used them and their guys have been so professional. I just recently had my servicing done by Tyler Hen who was very communicative and worked with my schedule and was also efficient with his work. I appreciate their professionalism and honesty every time.

We had our HVAC system serviced today, which we have completed every 6 months, and we also had our generator serviced at the same time. Allen Cowart was the professional that was assigned to our home today. He was on time, kind, professional and efficient with his and our time.
