Climate Control Service Experts

Justin Reid seems to be well knowledgeable of his job. He was the first one to. I actually checked Alex to ensure everything was working, OK. I appreciate his recommendation. The last person did not mention that the fan on the outside was loud, but I noticed it and was very impressed with him going into and checking everything since climate control put in the whole system. I will follow up on the recommendation that was made. Thanks for the great job you did in the maintenance check .

Kevin and Donnie came out to our condo to do our maintenance and we are very pleased. They are very knowledgeable and took care of our needs. We definitely keep Climate control on our list of reputable vendors. They also service our home and have always been very reliable.

I would really like to thank Justin Reid and Kevin for their outstanding customer service today. They were very professional and knowledgeable about the system and were a pleasure to be around. I would recommend these two young men to anyone that has any HVAC needs or concerns. They were a true example of great customer service and dedication to their craft. I will personally request them from now on for all of my maintenance and service needs.

First 2 visits, NOT good. I think the tech was afraid to climb under the house to look at the venting we knew was probably not connected. Do we went in without air fir 2 weeks. FINALLY, the 3rd tech diagnosed the issue and scheduled repair. Roman and Chaz fixed it in under 2 hours and now we’re going to have air on the hottest 99 degree day!!!!!!

Kevin and Donnie were very friendly and helpful. Incredibly down to Earth people. They came and fixed my AC for a fraction of the cost that another Company was trying to charge me. I highly recommend Climate Control.

Gene & Bobby managed to fit me in on short notice. They were both very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough and were able to fix my problem. I am very pleased with the service they provided.

While Eric was explaining the system maintenance he was performing, we asked to talk with someone about a new system. He got on the phone and contacted Bobby who arrived a few days later to answer our questions. Within a few days Roman, David, and Chaz showed up to install our new system. Very efficient and professional.

We were told we needed new duct work for our furnace/ AC system during a recent service visit (by Justin). We knew this from other visits but finally decided to pull the trigger. Patrick (sales) talked us through it and gave us a same-day estimate. After getting another estimate, we decided to stick with Climate Control. The next week, David and Steve (installers) were here and done in less than a full day (

We had old ducts from the 70/80’s and our AC was running 24/7 in the summer. Roman, David, Steve, and Trevor did a great job installing our new duct system and grills. They were great at explaining the plan and answering questions and concerns. They cleaned up and vacuumed well at the completion of the job. They were efficient, polite, friendly, and professional.
