Gene is THE most amazing tech ever! He’s always polite and kind. He’s takes the time to answer any questions you could possibly come up with. I have been with Sevice experts for a while and really like them. I do believe they have saved our life's twice now due to our gas funace. I have thank God for them both times. I really like our service man Roman. Very very nice and I hope he comes as our service guy again next time. I have never had any bad experiences with any employee, but when you like someone you like them I give Roman and hope he is our service guy when we have our next maintenance call.
