Had Jerry Bolen was out to our place of business correct our a/c issue. He was great

Justin Reid just finished servicing my HVAC. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He found a problem that had been there for awhile and quickly fixed it. I am very pleased with the service I received!!

I needed new duct work in my house. I called Climate Control Service Experts and they came out the same week.
Mr. Donnie Anglin and Mr. Patrick Steele came out to give us a quote and it was by FAR a lot cheaper than other quotes we received. They were both professional and explained the financing options and everything that would take place. They got me on the schedule for the following week to be installed.
A few days later Roman and Trevor came and installed all the duct work and cut in another air return within just a few hours. They cleaned up everything and made sure before they left that we were happy with the work done. I have to say that my AC hasn't been running nearly as much as it used to. I'm definitely a happy customer! :)

We have been satisfied customers of Climate Control since 2007. Today we had all the ductwork in the attic changed out. Rusty and Josh did a great job of evaluating the need and answering all our questions last week. Josh, Roman, David, Trevor and Steve did a great job with the change out. They arrived on time as scheduled, worked efficiently and cleaned up afterwards. Our interactions with all Climate Control staff have been pleasant and courteous. I highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs. Roman and Chaz replaced our unit with all new more efficient components. Did a great job. Looking forward to savings on our electricity bill with summer almost here.

Gene was very knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain things for the quote and before the install, plus some followups after. Installers Roman and Trevor were on time, personable and courteous, did good work, and cleaned up after themselves. Will absolutely recommend.

Roman was at our house within 2 hours of us making the call. He called and was very polite and professional over the phone. He was just as polite and professional in person. He was very thorough in explaining everything and fixed our ac in a matter of minutes. Will definitely use them in the future if I have any issues.

Jerry and Patrick came out to inspect my upstairs A/C unit in the same morning that I called. They performed an inspection and confirmed that the 19 year old compressor had finally died. They reviewed some installation and payment options. Within two days Roman and Steve were here to install and accomplished everything smoothly and quickly. Very happy with the service that everyone provided!
