These guys are the best. Their maintenance service plan is great and good luck forgetting about it, the ladies in the office will hound you as reminders that you are due for service. I like that.

Climate Control always does a Great service for us!!! Our technician was Jerry Bolen and he is always professional and very polite! I highly recommend them for any A/C needs! Had Jerry bolen out from climate control to preform a no heat call from one of my renters. Jerry was on time and fixed the furnace on a timely manner and price was great

Donnie & Mitch came out an hour after being called to provide inspection & quotes. Roman & David installed a new system less than 24 hours later, and they all did a great job! Very responsive & professional - they even swept up after. Highly recommend!

Jerry Jones and Justin Reid were very knowledgeable and professional with their assessment of our home's need for an adequate HVAC unit. Plenty of time was spent explaining the plan for the install, as well as the maintenance plan. David and Trevor were the installers and worked very hard enduring the staircase with a ninety degree turn and an attic with very little space to work. Obviously it was very hot and also raining and storming the day of the install.

Gene and Bob were there on time. They took a thorough history of the problem and rapidly identified that it was due to an error produced by local electricians who serviced my home on the day the A/C quit functioning. Within minutes the system was cooling my home. Both men were friendly and professional and from previous maintenance visits were familiar with my home. They did not pressure me for additional sales or services that were not needed. This type of behavior insures brand loyalty.
