I had an issue with my AC. They sent a gentleman named Brandan Westry who I was was very impressed with. He did everything by the book, he checked everything he could check and explained everything he did. I will request Brandan to do my AC service from now on. They did send someone out as apparently climate control runs extra wires when they do an install just incase they have a problem. And that seemed to be my problem. Well it could have been fixed faster than it was had he been informed over the phone. But I really liked Brandan and his professionalism and his attention to details. And he has a great personality for dealing with people.

I called for a service tech on a Wednesday morning at around 7:45 a.m. to get service on my heating unit. I was given an appointment for the next day. Within an hour and 30 minutes I had a call asking if the tech could come earlier. Mr. Rusty Jones and Mr. Eric Mowery arrived at 10 a.m. It took only about 20 minutes to find the heating problem, fix the problem, ask if I had questions, put their tools away, give me the cost of repairs, which was $0. They were prompt, knowledgeable, very polite and most of all, very professional. I have done business with this company for many years and highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs. Mr. Jones and Mr. Mowery thank you for being true professionals.
