I bought my house last year and saw that my Heat Pump was installed by Climate Control. This is the second year of bi-annual service and the techs: Gene Anderson and Dustin were extremely courteous and thorough on giving my system a clean bill of health. For the price I paid, it is well worth the peace of mind. Thank you gentlemen!

Climate Control came through again, and as usual gave tremendous customer service, and outstanding professionalism. Shout out to Justin Reid, and Patrick Steele who went above and beyond today fixing our HVAC system. Thank you both very much.

Justin and Rusty came by to do the semi annual maintenance and checks on my system. Both were very friendly and professional. With other companies, I have felt that the maintenance was rushed, but Justin was extremely thorough.

We decided to upgrade our ducts and include a new UV light for improved air quality. Roman, Trevor, and Brendan were the most hard working individuals I have ever seen. They started at 8 a.m. and didn't finish until almost 7 p.m. it works Beautifully and they cleaned up after everything. We decided to use their financing option and the process was a breeze. We highly recommend!

Roman, tech, was on time, polite, very professional & courteous. He explained things to me & asked me questions pertaining to the unit. He also told me about their maintenance plan, which I'm considering. I love his personality & work ethics. Roman would be the tech I would like to have from here on end because it's hard to find good help nowadays. Thank you Roman !
