Hembree Heating & Air Conditioning

Justin and Daniel showed up on time looked, acted, and performed as professionals. They worked a 10 hour day to get my system installed. There was an issue that needed to be attended to the next day and communication for that situation was quick and straightforward. The job was completed with great results.

After some initial miscommunication (which I admit I was upset about) Hembree made good on repairs of my AC. They are the best in Mobile. June in Mobile is miserable without a working AC. I'm glad mine is up and running again. UPDATED NOTE: : Misdiagnosed apparently as I'm facing the exact same problem on July 4th weekend. I'm on "Emergency wait list" for 2 straight days and no one has informed me when or if they will get to me. This AC unit is less than 2 years old. I bought it from Hembrees. No excuse for this mistreatment of a loyal customer. Ridiculous.

Joe Hembree was wonderful with getting me set up with a technician in a timely manner. My ac quit working around noon on 6/13 and Jordan came around noon on 6/14. It took him about 30 minutes to get me all fixed up wand my house started cooling down! Thanks again Hembree Heating and Air! You have my business from now on!

I had the privilege of Jay servicing our home HAVAC system - he was amazing! Not only was he efficient, but he was happy to educate me so I can know more about my own system. It’s nice to work with people who are so passionate about their craft. I now have a better-working HVAC, and an improved understanding of it. Deanne over the phone was also very helpful - she coordinated our service visit and was proactive in keeping me updated. This company seems extremely customer-oriented, and my experience has been that they treat their customers like family. Hopefully, I won’t need their services anytime too soon, but if I do, I won’t hesitate to call.

Darryl was amazing. He was prompt and professional. He was very knowledgeable and was kind enough to give me tips on maintaining my system between services. I am pleased with the service and happy I chose to do business with Hembree.

Our most recent maintenance went well as usual. No issues, everything running well with the unit on both heat and air.

I absolutely love this company! They were able to make it out fairly quickly and were incredibly friendly. Andrew made sure I knew what was going on throughout so I wasn't ever in the dark, which made me very comfortable. Definitely going to be recommending to family.

Great job all around. Don was very professional as he went over the options for the new a/c and furnace. Calvin and the install crew knew their stuff and got the job done in less time than I thought it would take. Very happy being cool!
