Hembree Heating & Air Conditioning

We have had Hembree Heating and Air install and service our heating system for 10+years. They are always professional, polite and on time. I wouldn't trust my heating system to anyone else!

I called Hembree and stated that I needed a capacitor replaced on one of my two AC units.

The young man who came out evidently had no experience or knowledge of my Bryant AC system.

He somehow caused my compressor to short out and then said I would need to replace both my inside and outside units.

What was supposed to be a simple capacitor replacement is now going to cost me thousands of dollars.

He also stated that a company representative would be in touch in the morning, but no one has called.

I paid the $128 service call fee, but will now have to pay a lot more for his incompetence!

Just had a alarm system put in and then my air condition quit working. The alarm people came back out said it wasn’t them. AC people found they stapled a wire in the AC wire, caused it not to come in.

Excellent service! It started with Laura at the office keeping me informed of the techs arrival. Then Mike was very professional and thorough with my ac maintenance. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

I have known this family for years and I can tell they have taught their employees to treat customers like family. They were honest about how long it would take before they could come. The service man was up front about what the cost would be so I would not be surprised. And most importantly my AC works now!

Great experience all around with Hembree and a great price. We had our entire AC system except the ducts replaced. Our air handler was originally in the closet, but they were able to install the new one in the attic. I installed the attic access ladder the weekend before they came. When Jacob came for the estimate, he was very knowledgeable and helpful with where exactly we needed to locate the attic access. I also appreciate the communication from Jacob throughout the process, both before and after the install. At no point did it feel like our job was "just a number." For the installation, Chris and Mason showed up exactly when we were told they would and were excellent. They were professional, courteous, clearly care about the quality of their work, and cleaned up everything after they were finished. Looking around after they had left, it was clear that they had put a lot of effort into the quality of the install and making sure everything with the finished product looked clean and organized.

Two of the most qualified and professional gentlemen I’ve had the pleasure to meet and have work on my HVAC. They laid drop clothes in the work area and hallways. They got right to work and finished their work in under 5 hrs. They removed my old HVAC system and replaced it with a new efficient system at a good price. Can’t say enough good about all the fine people at Hembree.

Great company. Responsive with quality technicians on call at all hours of the day. With their local partnership with Lowe's we were able to finance our new unit to help spread the cost out over a longer period of time. New ac keeps the house cool on these hottt days. The owner is also amazing nothing but positive experiences with Hembree!
