Hembree Heating & Air Conditioning

Mike, the technician, was excellent. He was methodical in his evaluation of the system and used sound test processes to diagnose the issue. I will be using Hembree for all of our heating and AC needs at two homes.

Technician Jordan was knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with the service.

These guys are the BEST!! I have been using Hembree's for several years!! They've always provided fair and reasonable services, but today I had the "J-Team" (Jeremy and Justin). They were the most honest, professional and personable Service Professionals I've ever had! Can't say enough good things about Hembree's!! I would give them 10 stars 🌟 if I could!!

We called Hembree Heating and Air last evening when our air system began heating instead of cooling. Al, our technician, came to check on the system and was here with 30 minutes of our call. At one point, it was 84 degrees inside our home and still rising. Al determined the cause quickly, shut our system down, and returned today to make the repair. He was in and out in in approximately 30 minutes.

Al is professional, follows protocol when entering our home, and is very personable. The cost of the after-hour service call and repair was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Hembree H & A and Al. They have just gained new customers.

Having just completed a six month service on Monday by Hembree, I noticed today (Saturday), a wet spot in the hallway ceiling - under the air conditioning pan, indicating a clogged drainage line. I immediately took my compressor to the attic and blew all the algae buildup out of the lines and found where the leak was. My wife called Hembree and Mike Dixon, was at my house about an hour later. Mike finished with the corrective measures and was very apologetic about the problem and left us happy and satisfied-except for the damaged ceiling I have to contend with.

Austin came out to diagnose our problem and was WONDERFUL. Deanne and Faith were so sweet in getting everything coordinated. Jacob was so sweet and came over to quote a new system. Jeremy and Zion installed a few days later and were awesome! Thank you SO SO much!

I have heard horror stories of other local businesses. I am thankful that y’all run such a wonderful company!
