Hembree botched the installation of a new unit in my home, which had to be remediated afterward. Then later when the new thermostat failed but was still under warranty, they charged me full price for a new thermostat, ignoring the fact that it was under warranty. (A very nice older gentleman was the repairman and this review is not about him.) I called Josh Hembree about the invoice but he never returned the voice message I left. Only when the office manager called me about the "past due invoice" did they credit me for the warranty, but tacked on a $175 "warranty processing fee." My recommendation is to look elsewhere for your heating and air conditioning needs.
Had company coming in for the weekend and our AC stopped working. Call Don Hembre and they connected me with Tyler who immediately helped me over the phone and got me back up and running. It does my heart good to find out tray there are businesses out there still today who really care and are truly about servicing the community. Not just making money, thank you Tyler for saving our weekend family gathering. Ed
Only issue was I scheduled repair for my convenience on a busy day. An hour and a half after no show I called only to be told a technician was sick and they needed to reschedule. I should have been notified. My plans had to be juggled around and some important things were not able to be reset.
I will have to say that Tyler is awesome! He has great customer skills and is very knowledgeable. Nobody else was able to tell me why my AC would run just a minute at a time and cut off. Tyler had a good idea what was happening right away, fixed the issue and now this grandma is happy! Although it’s cool outside today, now I will be cool inside as well.
My partner and I are first time homeowners and a wire melted in our outside unit causing the compressor to not work and our home became absolutely miserable and humid. I made an appointment and a few hours later, the technician came, fixed the wire, and our home is cool and comfortable once more. I really appreciate the professionalism and courtesy that each employee I spoke with showed. They are truly a blessing!
This was our first time using Hembree. They were able to work us in quickly and it was very much appreciated, especially since we were new customers. Austin was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend.
