Andrew performed our fall maintenance today, and he was extremely friendly and easy to work with. He did a thorough job with both the exchanger and the compressor, and our system is ready to go for the cold weather!

The Service Technician, Mike Dixon, showed and displayed great customer service. He thoroughly checked my Central Unit and pin-pointed the problem. He was courteous. And got right down to details. Hembree has always showed me great service. And Mike continued with that type of service.

I have used Hembree for a while, but when my A/C went out I called them first thing in the morning to make an appointment for that day. Even though their trip charge is almost 3 times as much as most A/C company's trip charges I scheduled an appointment for them to come fix my A/C. Nobody ever showed up, and nobody even called me to tell me they were not coming. They were just a complete "No Show".
