Everyone at this company was very nice, considerate and honest. I was unsure of what was needed. After talking to someone I was reassured what my options were. The job was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. Staff was nice and explained the procedure. They actually completed the job ahead of time. Kudos to an awesome company. I really appreciate your honesty and courtesy. Will continue to use and recommend.

“A-Team” (Alston and Al) came out for our bi-annual service check on time, and prepared. They were very thorough, and we did not feel like there was a rush to just check the box and move to the next job. We did run in to a couple of system issues and, after discussing options, they made the time to have us back up and running in just a few hours!

Although the maintenance and repairs on our system fell within the holiday season at year end, our Hembree techs were on their game, proving we made the right decision to use Hembree for all our services.

Tyler was very nice! The only issue I had was I work and I was told someone would be at my home at 3:30 to meet me and no one came until after 5. Otherwise very fast service and nice people.

Tyler, Hembree HVAC tech, did a great job investigating our trouble. Turned out to be a faulty thermostat. He installed it quickly and ensured it worked correctly. Answered all of our questions. Tyler was professional, approachable with questions we had, answered them and has a great work ethic. I recommend Hembree HVAC for all your HVAC needs.

I called to request a quote for a new heating/cooling system. A day/time was set for a representative to meet with me.
Jacob Hembree came to my house and sat down with me and discussed my concerns/needs. He reviewed/inspected my current heating/cooling system and measured the inside dimensions of my house. He determined what was needed to heat/cool my house properly. Jacob answered my questions and we discussed pros/cons of various SEER options.
I got several quotes from different companies before making a decision. Hembree gave me the best price quote for what I wanted, so I decided to have them do the job of replacing my heating/cooling system.
Technicians Walter and Colin did an excellent job installing my new heating/cooling system. Both were professional and pleasant. They made sure not to make a mess inside or outside of my house. The technicians answered my questions and reviewed how to use the new system once it was installed. The technicians cleaned up nicely when the job was completed.
I would definitely recommend getting a quote from Hembree regarding heating/cooling needs before you make a decision on which company to use.

I had a great experience with this company. I had my system repaired the other day by Collin and he was professional and timely.

Very friendly service. They arrived when promised. Explained what they were doing and provided recommendations without any pressure to perform unnecessary repairs. They provided pictures of any part of the unit that I could not see and emailed me the pics with estimates for any work needed. I would highly recommend them.

I was extremely disappointed in the price Hembree charged to simply unstop my drain. It didn't take him 15 minutes to do it and I was charged $250.00. He could have told me that before he did it. I'm on social security and that was ridiculous to charge me that much. I will never call them again and will warn others about the price gouging I experienced.
