Hembree Heating & Air Conditioning

I had a routine annual furnace/AC checkup. My technician was Al. The man was simply the best. Super knowledgeable. He gave me a number of suggestions for keeping mold and algae away, as well as ideas for keeping the unit running in top shape. Really a great experience.

I needed a new system installed so I called four different company’s for estimates. Jacob came out and he was the most professional and knowledgeable of all of them, also the cheapest! Walter and Collins came out to do the install, unfortunately I didn’t have the chance to meet them, but after reviewing their work I was highly pleased. Not one corner was cut, top quality work! If you need any ac work I highly recommend these guys. Cheapest guys around with out sacrificing quality at all!

I reached out to Hembree heating and air on 7/21/2021 around 9pm due to having issues with my central air and heating unit not working properly. I was told a service technician would call me back but they never did, so the following morning (7/22/2021) I called back around 7am and left a message and I received a call back from the receptionist who said that there was an opening between the hours of 8pm and 10pm which I accepted because we were without air for the last 3 days and need some relief immediately. So I called around 6pm to make sure that we were still on for 8pm and 10 pm and I was informed that I'd receive a call back from the technician with a status. Around 7pm I received a call from the technician named Randall who stated that he had just finished up a job and he was headed to another one and that he hadn't forgotten about me and he'd be over to service my air conditioning unit, so we waited. 9:09 pm rolls around and I receive a call from Randal stating that he had just finished a job that he considered urgent because there was a 2 month baby in the house and that he was on the way and that he'd be to my house in 45 minutes. I told Randall, fine, I get it I totally understand but please come tonight because we've been without air for 4 days now. 10pm roll around, no Randall, 10:30 comes around no Randal so I call him back and he didn't answer! I called the office and spoke with the answering service and he did not call me back. So today 7/23/2021 I call and speak with someone in the office regarding the issue and i was told that Randall said that he called me back and left a message and the earliest that they could come to my house was on Saturday! I informed the clerk that it was unacceptable as I never received a call from Randall and I reached out twice with no response and that it was unfair for me to be penalize because he didn't show up. All she did was apologize and said that Saturday was the best that she could do. I repeat, this man did not call me to say that he wouldn't make it nor did he leave a message.. I called him back on his cell and he didn't have the decency to pick up the phone! If this is the way that Hembree runs their business and treat customers I wouldn't recommend them to anyone! Run as fast as you can!

Tyler & Bradley did an incredible job of getting our outside unit up & running again when it’s hotter than H E double hockey sticks outside in blazing June!!! They came out, diagnosed, & fixed my capacitor issue in seriously like 15 minutes!!! 🙌❤️ Needless to say, we were very appreciative of someone fixing our problem that quick & efficiently & not trying to sell us on a bunch of unnecessary services. 5 star service, will definitely call/use Hembree again!

I woke up last Friday to realize that my AC was blowing hot air and the fan outside wasn’t spinning. My entire house was humid and hot and with 6 animals, it was important for me to keep my house cool. I tried contacting a repairman through my home warranty that I got when I bought the house, but the soonest they could come out was the following Wednesday. I called Hembree around 4pm and they said they could be there at 6. He got it fixed within a hour of being there and I honestly can’t be more happy with the service we were provided. As hot as it is down here, I hope I don’t have any more AC issues but if I do; They’ll be my first call! 10/10

I had HVAC maintenance done today and Austin and AL we’re completely professional and went above and beyond to answer my questions and make sure that I was completely satisfied with Hembree Heating and Air! I would definitely refer Hembree Heating and Air! Such an Amazing company!

We have been using Don Hembree Heating and AC for some time now. They came highly recommended to us. They installed a new central heating / AC unit back in December 2014 and the unit has been most reliable. They have also provided superior service as well. They recently came out to clear the condensation line and perform the semiannual inspection. This was done very efficiently. The service representative was very cordial. We highly recommend Don Hembree for one's heating and AC needs.

Tyson and Darrell were both fantastic to work with. My air conditioning issues were quickly diagnosed and repaired. The prices were more than reasonable. Everyone I have ever interacted with at Hembree Heating & Air Conditioning exuded courtesy and professionalism.

We have had to use Hembree more in the past few weeks than we would like, but every single person we have made contact with has been great! Darryl, Austin, Zion and the social media employee are outstanding. Once they leave I am thinking about how nice and great they all are and not worrying about what was wrong in the first place. Incredible customer service!
