Working with this company from my phone call request to Dane showing up was seamless. I thought for sure with this hot weather there would be a longer lead time than 2 days. Now we can get backto enjoying our home in thus hot weather

I had a new AC installed and Rosenthal was great! Their prices were good, it was easy to schedule, they showed up on time, and most importantly they did an excellent job on the install. I will definitely be using them again.

We had water leaking from our unit in the basement. Chris found the issue, remediated the issue then proceeded to double check our ac unit outside. He taught us a few things homeowners need to know, and he proceeded to inspect and rectify an unknown issue.

I have used Rosenthal twice now and have been impressed with their services. When I call my warranty company, I always request Rosenthal for assistance. Jason B. was very helpful and informative. The repair to the blower was quick. Had AC up and running in a jiffy on a 20+ year old unit. Couldn’t be happier!

The blower motor on my furnace was causing issues and this service request was worked through my home warranty. Dan, from Rosenthal Heating came out and inspected my furnace a week ago and almost immediately identified the problem. Dan then returned about a week later after the part was ordered and the home warranty approved everything to replace the blower motor. Between both trips to my home Dan was top-notch. Polite, professional, and took time to answer any questions that I had for him. He wasted no time in replacing the motor and left the area cleaner than when he arrived. If I ever need further HVAC service, I will be calling Rosenthal first. Dan was great.

Alex was amazing! He arrived shortly after my call , diagnosed and repaired our furnace within the first hour.
