We had our A/C unit installed on Friday, October 1st and my husband and I could not be more pleased! We had Dane Schwerdtfeger and he was amazing! He took the time to explain everything, was professional, and very neat and clean. Our A/C unit went out 6 weeks ago and we went through our home warranty and Rosenthal was outstanding with communication and getting our unit installed ASAP. High recommend and will be doing a furnace with them this fall too!

We have used this company once before and had great service. This time however was not great. Called to have the 22-Point precision tune up special for our furnace, appointment was made. Come the day of the appointment, the technician didn't show up at the arrive window from 12-4. Called the office at 4:10pm and they were already closed even though they were supposed to be open until 4:30. The technician finally arrived 1 hour after the arrival window, was supposed to get a text message that he was on his way and got it when he showed up. My family and I were out for dinner so the service did not happen. Called the office the next day. The receptionist was rude and not sincere. However rescheduled the appointment anyways because I wanted the service done. Come the day of the rescheduled appointment, the technician was unprofessional and unprepared. He has to use my husbands tools and supplies because he didn't have his own and the flashlight he brought the battery was dead. Once he completed the service, he read off what he "inspected and completed" like it was a prepared script. Read off some way overpriced recommended upgrades. When asked what services he actually did do, came to find out that he didn't perform half of the services on the list that we paid for! Really disappointed in this company, had a great experience the first time, read the reviews and felt confident they would be great again, but guess not. Caused a lot of unnecessary stress for my family, will not be returning customers.

Following up after my recent review with Rosenthal, the manager of the company called me personally and spoke on behalf of the company for the services and treatment that we received. Offered some resolutions to my husband and I, and assured us that this was going to get handled. I genially appreciate the customer service that I received following our visit. It was handled professionally and respectively, and they kept their word. Will give them another chance when service is needed.

Furnace went out and found this company through our warranty company. They came and replaced a part, but couple weeks later it went out again so they worked with our warranty company to get the furnace replaced. Process was fairly smooth but don't expect to get updates or communication from the office/owner. No notification on whether we were waiting on part or getting replaced, what the price would be, wait time or anything except when I called. When the furnace came we were told we would be the first call of the day Monday morning. I called at 10am and was told we weren't first call because they pushed us to later without notifying us, due to owner decision, but manager "would have gave a courtesy call if she knew".

Dane the service technician was GREAT and helped boost this to a 5 star! Very informative and communicated throughout the install process. Explained what was happening each time they had to go get parts. Will definitely be requesting him if we need any service done in the future.

Dan arrived onsite to repair my air conditioning. He was very efficient and detailed. He also took the time to explain to me how the system works. I for sure would use this company again.

Dane and Colton did an excellent job replacing my furnace and humidifier. They took the time to explain the changes on using the new systems. I was most impressed with their professionalism and willingness to explain the details of the install. Thank you so much for making a stressful experience less stressful! We will definitely be using rosenthal heating and air conditioning for our preventative maintenance.

Great Experience! We had them install a new A/C and Furnace recently. I was blown away by the quality of work and level of customer service we received. We got exactly what we wanted at a really competitive price. Quick to get out and give us an estimate and really quick to install. It was a bigger job so took a few days. The owner Jerry was involved every step of the way and came out several times to make sure things were running smooth. Installers Alex and Dane were great. Super nice guys and high quality of work. Can't say enough about these guys! We'll be recommending them to anyone who is looking.

I had Chris Marshall as my service tech. He did an awesome job diagnosing the problem and letting me know exactly what had to be done and the parts he needed to get. Chris told me he’d be back in a few hours and promptly returned and repaired my a/c. I’ll definitely use Rosenthal in the future and specifically ask for Chris! An awesome service technician! I highly recommend them and him!

The service technician (Alex B.) was very professional and explained what he was going to do as well as status on his progress. He was courteous, was skilled at what he was doing and before he left he cleaned up his work area. We appreciated that he was covid safe as well. Based on this experience I would be happy to use Rosenthal again and if possible I would ask for Alex B.
