My warranty company assigned this company to service my furnace that had went out.
The first visit Alex stated it needed to be cleaned, new blower fan and motor. I paid for the cleaning and they repaired the blower fan and motor. Well it was loud, louder than before so we called them back out and Alex said it was just turned up too high so he turned the speed down. At that point i was ready to give this company a 5 star review for being so prompt and understanding. A few days later the furnace was loud again, we smelled burning plastic and then it just went out. So I called the warranty to just get a new company all together and they said I would have to pay another service fee but they recommended that I stick with the company and just get a different technician. I agreed and a different technician came. He said it was unbalanced and put on wrong so now I need a new furnace because it got caught in the housing.
My warranty company calls and says they are covering everything except the normals, like wiring etc per my contract. I told the warranty company my issue isn’t upholding my contract my issue is the fact that I need a new furnace because the job was not done correctly to begin with so essentially I am paying for someone’s mistake. Warranty company said I need to talk to the company.
I called the company, requested a supervisor and was told that they would deliver the message however it is the warranty company charging the fee. Instead of this company taking accountability for their technicians mistake they are using my contract as an out. Again, my issue is not because of what is not covered in my contract, my issue is that I would not have to even pay these fees had he done the work right the first time or even the 2nd time he came and this company is doing nothing to remedy the situation. I don’t want to work with this company ever again. I hope no one encounters this issue.

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been helpful, friendly & more than willing to help me with my problems. Today Conner & Colton came to clean out & service my ducts & vents. They were very friendly & professional, wore paper booties while working (which is very much appreciated) and kept everything neat & clean as they worked. I highly recommend Rosenthal for all your HVAC needs.

Highly recommend this company. It was easy to schedule an appointment and the technician Dan arrivedI half hour before the scheduled time which was wonderful and he let me know when he was on his way.
Our technician was Dan and he was great at explaining in detail what issues we had with our AC Units and how best to move forward repairs. He took his time explaining and even sent photos of the areas that are damaged

A service tech, Chris Marshall came out to replace our fan motor on and older ac unit. We received email confirmation and the appointments were at times that were convenient for us. Very friendly service professionals from the first phone call all the way to install. Our experience with Rosenthal Co. was top notch and we will be calling them for any of our further repair, or replacement needs.
