I am so happy I listened to the recommendation to call Command Service Center because they are great! Derek came and clearly and honestly explained the issue and my options. I felt very confident he would take care of the problem and he did. I am very satisfied with Command Service Center and am now a loyal customer.

I had a total of 5 companies come out to give me quotes. Jake came out and I liked his professionalism. All round knowledgeable and polite. So I picked his company. Later still really good guy. Responsive to all my calls and email questions. The install team of Derek and Dave was an extension of that professionalism. Called when they were on the way. Wore the booties in my home. Filled me in on everything that was going to happen. Extremely pleasant and informative. This was honestly one of the best services I’ve received in a very long time. Everything is clean looking. They also cleaned up behind themselves. I couldn’t have asked for the installation to go any better. It was right on time for all the snow too. So a big thank you to everyone one at the company. The young lady who answers the phone too. I know she got tired of me calling. Before the team left they told me about other services they offer. I will be using the company again. I also highly recommend. They will take excellent care of you.

Dangerous reckless driver. I was heading east on rt173. As I approached the stop light at deep lake rd the light turned green so I proceeded through the intersection. Stopped at the light in the left lane was a command service truck. He accelerated as fast as he could to try and stop me from getting in from of him before the 2 lanes merged. He then tailgated me right off my bumper until we both entered the on ramp to 94. He cut me off while we were both still in the merge lane. He passed solid white lines and entered the tollway illegally then crossed all lanes of traffic to get in the left lane. After he darted into the left lane he proceeded to weave in and out of traffic cutting off other vehicles. I paced him at 100mph in an attempt to get his license plate number. The plate number ended with 701. The worst part about this driver is that conditions were very dangerous that morning as you can see in the posted picture. Freezing heavy rain with limited visibility. There were multiple serious accidents that morning due to the weather. It’s only a matter of time until a driver like this kills someone with their criminally reckless behavior. It’s a shame because this was my go to company for service. Never again!

Jeff came out on time and replaced two circuitry boards in two different JennAir ovens. JennAir had actually sent us the parts gratis, following some snafus. (Long, boring story!)
Jeff confirmed that they were the correct parts and installed them with no difficulty. He was very professional, polite and friendly. Command Service is NOT the least expensive company we have used but they did what they were supposed to do in a professional manner. We will definitely use this company again.

Jake at Command Service provided me a quote with various options and price. He was very quick with the quote and very quick answering all my questions so I could make my decision. Once I decided on which HVAC system I wanted installed, my installation date was setup that day. Dave and Derick did the installation. They showed up on time, their work was excellent as well as their attention to detail. They also answered all my questions during the installation. Once they finished, they cleaned up the area so well, you wouldn’t know any work was performed! They were also very professional. I certainly recommend Command Service for your HVAC needs.

Very responsive, professional crew, Derek was a great teacher for our Nest thermostat, Monty and Brad were careful, personable, and professional. These guys installed our new Trane furnace with care and it works fine. Our furnace went down on the coldest day of the year and this was a fast turn around. Very impressed with their service. We've used Command for years and we highly recommend them.

Command Service installed our new Trane furnace and A/C systems as well as a new smart thermostat on a moments notice. The Command Service 3-man install crew installed a
Trane heat pump and communicating furnace; the crew were efficient and knowledgeable, very good at communication skills in answering my many questions. They arrived on time, were friendly and courteous. Very disciplined, each member of the crew (Derek, Dave and Brad) knew their job and *did* their job. High quality work, I highly recommend them if you need any sort of HVAC equipment or maintenance.

Excellent work and also installed a tank less water heater and battery backup for sump pump. I've found my permanent company. Professional and courteous at all times and I'm very satisfied.
