Max was a very nice and professional person to explain everything to me. New to the word of all this with ac. He called for additional help from Alex and they both help explain thing. Who would of know from a radio ad got a good company. Would recommend them and going to have more work done by them.

Our AC stopped working right before a holiday. They were able to come that day so we didn't have to wait until after the holiday.
Our tech Dane S. was superb. He was professional, knowledgeable, gave us options as to what how to resolve the problem.

They were recommended from the home warranty company. We were out of heat in February. I knew what needed to be replaced. They came out and diagnosed it to be what I thought. They said it would take about a week for the part. I knew where one was in Waukesha but they didn't use them for parts. So for most of the week I was out of heat. ( in February). When they got the part and installed it the tech could only get it to work when it wasn't connected to the exhaust. So he said we must have a clogged exhaust pipe which was fine at the beginning of all this. He said that it wasn't going to be covered under the home owners warranty. We called a different company who came over right away and had it fixed in 10 minutes. The guy from Rosenthal didn't transfer a part from the old part to the new part. I would never use this company again. The only person that seemed to care was the lady on the phone.

I had a weird issue with my furnace not kicking on for hours after adjusting my thermostat (and subsequently installing a new thermostat). I called Rosenthal in the late afternoon and Dane came out the next morning. Dane was awesome and provided excellent service. He fixed the issue but, unfortunately, discovered a CO2 leak from my furnace necessitating the purchase and installation of a new furnace. He then stayed to help secure financing and also to ensure that a new furnace could be located and transported/installed the next day. I'm am thoroughly satisfied with the service I received and cannot recommend Dane enough.

Our aging Furnace was faltering and Dane checked it over, made some quick repairs to keep it going. I asked for a quote on a new one. The quote was provided quickly and explained in detail. After making the decision to purchase the new furnace we were pleasantly surprised to only need to wait 2 days. Dane and Ryan showed up on time. They were both very professional, polite and pleasant during the installation process. Dane explained the new system and components thoroughly. They left the work area spotless. We will definitely use Rosenthal to service our new system.

We are very happy with the service provided by Jason Bradshaw. While we were waiting over a week for a control board another company said needed replacing, we asked for a second opinion from Rosenthal. Jason saw immediately that the problem was with the transformer. The service dept. contacted the manufacturer and found it was under warranty. The part was replaced at no cost to us.
Jason was friendly and personable and professional. From now on he’s our go to guy!

Max from Rosenthal was at my house this morning for my regular check of my A/C & HEPA air filter. He was thorough, helpful, answered my questions, and replaced the HEPA filter for me that I had on hand, and even explained how to -- and to not use water to -- clean the main HEPA. AND he noticed and alerted me that my water heater was leaking so was able to get that dealt with today. I contracted with Rosenthal for annual maintenance checks about 1 1/2 years ago and very satisfied that I did so.
