Tony was very professional and explained clearly what was wrong with my hvac. Decided to replace with new and it was fairly priced. The good thing is that they could do the install the next day.
The day of installation was perfect. Vinny and the rest of the team showed up on time, kept the area clean and answered any questions we had.
Great company and veteran owned.

Excellent, professional work by the crew. They were able to successfully install my new furnace the next day and the work was great. Looking forward to continuing to do business with them in the future!

Tech’s came out and went through my Father’s Fuel Oil furnace. Parts are being quoted. Will send pictures when we’re back up and running. Very happy.
Stopped out this afternoon with the parts for my father’s furnace and had it back running within a hour.. extremely happy with the whole experience..

Comfort Cavalry ALWAYS provides 5 star service for my family and me. The associates are professional and do a great job of explaining exactly what work they've performed as well answering any questions I might have. They show up on time, have a great work ethic and provide high quality service - all at a very reasonable price.

We absolutely love this company. They are professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and dependable. We are so happy we made that first appointment way back and feel so comfortable knowing we are in great hands every time you come out for our routine maintenance.

The technician was very nice and polite. I called bc my A/C unit was making strange noises when we turned it on. (Upstairs unit we turned on for the aecond time)Turns out the bearings are failing and even though it's under warranty Carrier won't honor it until it fails completely. I get that's not the technicians fault but ...my major complaint is I had the AC clean and check less than a month ago, everything was supposedly fine but first time I use it less than a month later it's making noise and I was charged for a service call. (Where he couldn't fix the problem). I would appreciate a refund of the service call since I feel the guys who did the spring inspection should have caught this. Not happy
Update: Received a call back from Comfort Cavalry. They are going to replace the motor under warranty themselves and deal with Carrier to get reimbursement. They also reversed my service call charge. Very happy! Thank you.

This is my 2nd post of Comfort Calvary. We had them install a Daiken HVAC system that was recommended by their technician Zach. It is very high end & expensive, but well worth the money. The system runs very quietly & keeps the house at an even temperature.
Zach & the team of installers were excellent. They worked together to get the job done within a day! Not easy to do. They took away the old system, did an excellent clean up of the job site & even cleaned the front screen door window because the guys smudged it going in & out. Now that is service. After the completion of the install, Joe (service manager) & Kevin (owner) made sure we knew how to use the the thermostat & checked to make sure the system was running right. Comfort Calvary even made a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. I can't say enough about Zach & the team from Comfort Calvary, they are an excellent company to do business with.

Trenton not only took cared of our air conditioner but also discovered a gas leak in our furnace and the water heater. A great employee. Keep him working for you.

Jesse Oros from Comfort Cavalry Heating & Air was amazing! He was so kind, talked us though all our options and was incredibly knowledgeable. Will highly recommend this company in the future, and will be using them for all of our heating and cooling needs.

They perform very good work and offer quality appliances. However this group is all about upselling, and they seemed rather inconsistent with what they recommend in their service. Because I had signed up for a service plan, I had to keep going back to them, while also consulting with an outside HVAC company.
The first time they came out to inspect HVAC, they informed me that the R values were too high and this is as a result of the system not being efficient enough. However after consulting other HVAC techs, they found the issue related to closing off all the vents in unused rooms of the house being the main issue.
The second time they came out, they named off all the issues wrong with the inside and outside unit, recommending a full system change out. This was offered in a good, better, best format. With good being changing out what they believed to be the most concerning, best being just the air conditioner, and best being a full system refresh. The prices they quoted were equivalent to an entry level car, and the technician used scare tactics of "with supply chain the way it is" and "this could go out at any second." I then consulted with the outside company who quoted a full system refresh with the exact same parts at 1/3rd the price Comfort Calvary had quoted me at. What we found was the labor rate within the proposal was beyond exorbitant. They also noted that unless the system stopped working, changing it out would be a bit overkill for the moment.
The third and last time they came out, which given, was the same technician used throughout this process, he noted a few things that needed to be repaired. The blower and capacitors, disregarding and possibly forgetting that he was trying to sell me on a full system refresh just 6 months prior, in a do or die tactic.
The inconsistency has lost my trust, and the exorbitant pricing has caused me to look elsewhere, as our contract has since ended. I will note, that they do perform good work and are very attentive.
Update: I have never said I would replace anything from eBay, nor would I attempt to do that myself? Perhaps you are confused with someone else. The entire system has since been changed out by a different firm. There is no need to reach out. Accept this honest review, and move on. I have a decent track record writing reviews, this isn't meant to demean your business. I stated my opinions, and credited your team with quality work, just expensive to my taste.
