Nimmer was outstanding from every angle! Our 30+ year old unit finally went and Nimmer came to our rescue! Our main concern was our 3 pets having to endure 85 degree temps in the house in addition to my own personal health condition. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, making the whole process seamless from start to finish! Special thank you to Melinda, Tyler, Josh and Pat! You guys rock!

We purchased a high-efficiency boiler for our home from Nimmer about 12 years ago. They have maintained it superbly ever since, and when a manufacturer's defect cropped up after ten years, Nimmer stepped up to make it right. On our annual service call this year, Jake showed great initiative and skill figuring out and solving a problem with one of our radiators for which we are very grateful!!

My experience from start (chatting through the options) to installation was incredible. I bought a new a/c unit to replace the 35 yr old one that came with my new house and added on the upgrade of a whole home dehumidifier. Pat & Josh were right on time and were very friendly and professional - especially when the movers came 3 hours early and I had to ask them move the Nimmer truck in the middle of doing their job, not once but twice, to accommodate the moving truck. When they wrapped up, Pat walked me through my heating and cooling systems and explained the maintenance on each - even going above and beyond to label things to make it easy to remember how often cleaning/replacement is needed and in which direction the filters should be placed. I'm very happy with my decision to go with Nimmer Heating & Air Conditioning. Thank you, Pat & Josh!

Great experience with Nimmer! Shout out to Melinda who helped us navigate scheduling. Pat, Josh, and Ryan arrived right on time to install our new A/C and zoned thermostats. Throughout the day they were kind and courteous. Pat walked me through how to operate the new system in a friendly and easy to understand way, also giving tips to help us maximize efficiency and minimize expenses. I'm really pleased with the support we've received from Nimmer and looking forward to a cooler summer.

We had Jake and Joe in from Nimmer Heating and AC to look at a water leak from the furnace/boiler. They quickly diagnosed the problem and were able to replace the valves and water tank right away. They explained the options clearly and took the time needed to do the job well.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Nimmer. They're honest and straight forward in their sales approach. Tyler, our salesman, was very helpful and even helped us compare offers from other companies to make sure we ended up with the best option for us. Nimmer was able to install our AC weeks ahead of schedule. Pat and Josh did such a fantastic job on the install and kept me informed throughout the process. I will continue to use Nimmer for all of my HVAC needs.

We’ve had Blake assist us with A/C issues two times now, and used Nimmer a total of four times, including an emergency furnace installation by a GM who doesn’t typically do field work anymore. They’re professional, friendly, extremely informative, and do great work with the goal of trying to get as much mileage out of our existing (and frankly, old) equipment as much as possible before guiding us through our options for new installs. Can’t recommend them enough, they’re my go-to for HVAC stuff now.

Nimmer has been performing our furnace and A/C maintenance for the past few years. We've been happy with their service and chose them to replace our aging HVAC. We were very impressed with our sales rep, Tyler, for his knowledge and straight-forwardness. He also put extra effort into making sure we were getting the most out of our possible tax credits.
