We have Nimmer inspect and maintain the two boilers at our Milwaukee duplex annually, and I could not be happier. Blake and Pat, the technicians who came out today, are outstanding, so I wanted to jump on google and write a review. Blake has worked on our boilers before, and he knows our system. Both Pat and Blake are friendly, professional, efficient and squared away. I have the boilers checked in August because I want to go into the heating system confident that we're all set. When the time comes to replace our boilers, we'll be having Nimmer do the work. Their scheduling folks are friendly and helpful as well. The invoicing is timely and detailed. Mark Nimmer has some outstanding people working for him. If you need heating maintenance in Milwaukee, these folks are a sure thing.

Blake came to our house on time to work on our furnace. It had been blowing luke-warm air out of the registers and was not able to heat our house up to the desired temperature. After analyzing this situation, Blake determined that my furnace needed a new pressure switch and a diffuser motor. After replacing these items, he concluded that the furnace was still not working efficiently. This led to his next step - analyzing the furnace's exhaust system. He found that it was clogged with debris. A few years ago, one of the children from our neighborhood filled the exhaust pipe with mulch. At any rate, while we thought this issue was taken care of years ago, Blake found that there was a significant amount still in the pipe system. Has he not taken this additional step, the furnace would have likely had additional future problems. Instead, we now have an efficiently working furnace. Thank you Blake.

I highly recommend Nimmer Heating and Air Conditioning. They provide excellent service, and are always on time. The service technicians are always professional, and keep our furnace and air conditioning unit in top shape.

We contacted Nimmer to fix our boiler. We had a new one installed a year ago through a different company. Unfortunately it wasn't installed properly and after their numerous attempts to fix it, we decided to contact someone else. Pat, Rob, & Joe were courteous, professional and mostly importantly fixed our boiler issues within a few hours. We are so pleased and would contact them again in the future!

I had to get a new radiator installed and the experience was great. Pat and Rob got the job done quickly and the end result was really beautiful. They genuinely went above and beyond, I’d highly recommend!

2023 Review:

We hired Nimmer to install a new high-efficiency boiler and indirect water heater. Pat, Josh, Ryan, and Joe did a fantastic job. They came to the house exactly when they said they would, were extra careful to leave behind a clean workspace and other parts of the home, and were always gracious with their time in answering questions and explaining what they were doing. I would definitely hire Nimmer for my HVAC needs in the future.

2022 Review:

We had an excellent experience with Nimmer's sales department, in particular Tyler Voles, Nimmer's director of sales. Tyler spent hours of his time looking at a potential property for us, crafting an HVAC plan, putting together several different quotes based on different specs, and answering questions over the phone. We ultimately decided not to move forward with the property, but we truly appreciated Tyler's patience and commitment and would certainly look to Nimmer for our future needs.
