Great company. We've used Nimmer for replacement units on two houses and they do a wonderful job. Professional, prompt, reasonably priced. Blake Townsend was our recent tech on a maintenance job and did a quick, thorough and clean job.

It was great working with Nimmer. They were able to get someone to my house quickly. Blake was able to quickly diagnose what was wrong and explained clearly the issue and the options to fix. He helped me understand the best option and fixed it quickly. I would highly recommend their using them.

We have our maintenance completed annually by this wonderful company. They are attentive and thorough. Not just professional, they have fantastic, jovial people. Beth is wonderful to talk with to get appointments scheduled and when we needed an emergency repair, Blake was here quickly, dived right in, and he was able to put our minds at ease. Will always and only have Nimmer work on our house mechanicals.

We had a replacement Unico air conditioning system installed. This was an extensive job which required 6 new ducts added, increasing the return area, a condenser replacement, replacing the air handler in the attic, and a new thermostat. The reason I chose Nimmer was that they are the number one Unico system installers in Wisconsin. They were awesome!. Pat and his team were professional, polite, neat, and on time. Pat did an excellent job of communicating what was involved in the process and keeping me informed. The entire office staff was also very helpful at every step. I highly recommend Nimmer and will continue to use them in the future for my HVAC needs.
