Beth and Blake were amazing, fitting me in same-day for a service check on my boiler. Beth is super friendly and responsive with scheduling and Blake is so great about including me and teaching me what he's doing so I can problem-solve in the future. We have hot-water again!

Nimmer’s is a company that is ethical and stands behind the products they offer. They have installed two new furnaces and two air conditioning units for us. They are responsive and customer centric! Blake, our service technician, was timely, thorough, kind, and very knowledgeable. Very thankful for a company like Nimmer’s and highly recommended!!

Heating system diagnosis and maintenance. I was prepared to pay for the diagnostic fee but feel the additional charges are unwarranted. First, I was told that this was something Jake "must" do. Second, they seem to be a result of the new expansion tank installation being done incorrectly and there should be no additional charge.

P.S. Nimmer resolved this issue to my complete satisfaction. They even went beyond my expectations.

Jake was great. He explained the thermostat and was very educational on my system and features.

We got four quotes from different companies for a high velocity A/C system. Nimmer was the last quote I got. Tyler, the salesman from Nimmer impressed me right away, with his knowledge of the Unico system, and his HVAC know how. Unlike the other companies, he gave us a choice of different condenser units at different price points. About three weeks after signing the contract, Pat and Joe were at our house installing the system. Everything was in stock, no waiting for back orders. Pat and Joe did a great job on the installation, everything looks neat and clean, I can tell that they take pride in what they do. They answered all of our questions, and cleaned up after themselves. They even put down drop cloths in the areas that they had to walk through the house! I highly recommend Nimmer Heating and Air.

We called Nimmer based on our neighbors recommendation and they exceeded our expectations. Everyone we came into contact with has been professional, friendly, and accommodating. The office staff, Beth, Melinda, and Marie are very friendly and are on top of all the logistics. The general manager ,Tyler, was very thorough in presenting the options of units we could choose based on the size of our residence and budget.
Our install presented the technicians , Pat & Rob, with a unique and complicated situation. The area they had to install the fan coil was quite confined and took a huge amount of time, ingenuity, resourcefulness, and patience. Pat & Rob did not flinch at this challenge. We did not realize 2 of our rooms were receiving a decreased airflow from the original design. With their experience and knowledge they engineered a component -(that probably could be patented)- because it allowed the airflow to open up and dramatically increase the airflow. It makes a huge difference on these hot days. I cannot express how happy we are that we chose Nimmer.

We could not be more satisfied with the service we get from Nimmer. The staff is always polite, professional and efficient. Not only is Beth very friendly on the phone and in her emails, she's always respectful of our busy schedules when looking for a convenient time to do the work. Nimmer HVAC quoted me a good variety of quality furnaces sized for my home. Their install crew (Mike, Robert, and Pat) were all friendly, skilled, and efficient. They showed up on time and got my job done. Their office staff is also helpful and easy to deal with. They even submitted all the paper work for my Focus on Energy rebate!!! I've used them before for service calls on my aged furnace and AC and their service was prompt with good trouble shooting. Thanks !!!
