Nimmer’s staff was very communicative on arrival time and returned messages in a timely manner. Jake Silva and Joe were the technicians who serviced our A/C today. They offered thorough explanations as they progressed through the cleaning and maintenance check. Jake offered choices regarding repairs and his presentation of these choices didn’t make me feel pressured to make a decision I wasn’t financially comfortable with. I appreciated their professionalism and knowledge. I plan on using Nimmer in the future.

I reached out to Nimmer the morning of a snow/ice storm. Within an hour or two, I received a call from them to schedule service same day. Jake Silva showed up, diagnosed the issues to my boiler system, and quickly and effectively repaired parts on the system while also explaining the reasoning and things to look out for in the future. I can't thank them enough!

We had our A/C replaced by Nimmer. Our options to fix, or replace the old unit were presented. We went with new, including financing. The crew was on time, very professional and respectful to our home. They got all the work done in a timely manner, even with some complications. Grateful since then, even with periodic maintenance. I called Friday morning and they were able to send technicians that same day! The receptionist was kind and very helpful and kept me informed on the whereabouts of my technicians. The technicians Blake and Joe were also very kind and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently, identified the problem and kept me informed during this process. They explained what my options are so I can make an informed decision. They got heater working again and saved us from having a chilly Easter. Thank you!!!

We have been very pleased with our heating/AC that Nimmer installed a couple of years ago. They have since maintained the equipment. Beth is pleasant to work with in scheduling service and in processing payment. Very satisfied.

On Tuesday morning our 25 year-old furnace shut down. Nimmer was able to get a technician out by early afternoon and diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger, and so we needed a new furnace. Nimmer offered a variety of options for a new furnace that fit our budget and needs. Less than two days later we had a new one installed and running. Pat, Rob and Josh arrived at 7:30am on a snowy morning and installed the new equipment. They worked hard, were friendly and professional, and cleaned up the work spaces. Knowledgeable guys who positively reflect awesome customer service. Also, a special mention to Melinda who was so helpful over the phone getting the purchasing process completed. I don't write many reviews, but felt my great experience with Nimmer needed to be acknowledged and shared.

The service tech, Jake, arrived right on time. He asked if I first had any questions or noticed anything unusual in our heating system that he should be aware of. Jake completed all of his maintenance steps and tests and gave me a clear update on the status of our system and what he found. The entire process seemed to go smoothly ... which has been our experience with using Nimmer for heating and AC maintenance since 2021. We've been very satisfied.
