My 2nd time going thru Nimmer and just like the first time, I couldn’t be happier. Joe came thru and quickly fixed my AC issue and had us up and running again in no time. Cost was reasonable and service was great. As long as Nimmer is around, they will be my first call.
Pat & Josh did an amazing job with a new heating and AC install. We have a very complex system in our old house. Pat & Josh were equal to the task and left our house cleaner when they found it. Very professional, great service!
CALLED 11am for repair, told it would be the next morning even though there is no heat coming out and the temp is 9 outside. Agreed to wait, they recommended not using 'emergency' in case parts were needed, they might not be available. Called mid-morning to see ETA, they assured the tech would be ere before noon, about 11:40 am. Let them know the internal temp was now 32 degrees. Called them after NOON - no tech in the time frame promised. Beth became argumentative, "we told you it was a time estimate" - NO, I was assured by Melinda they'd be there by NOON, and they did not phone or update me at all. Beth said, "you'll be next, if you want to stay on the list." "Today we're only serving people with no heat." WHAT? I've waited 25 hours and "IF" I want to be on the list? I've had no heat since 2 nights ago, NOW it's relevant? Sorry I did not call around YESTERDAY - never had a furnace die before, now I know. CALL AROUND until you find someone who can come in an hour or two. This is not good service - not even a call saying "we'll be late".
Called to get a 2nd opinion on our furnace. Jake did a great job. He was very knowledgeable and explained the different kind of issues that might be happening. Would highly recommend if you have a Bryant furnace.
Very happy with the service we received. Compared to a previous company we had out a few weeks before Nimmer Heating and the technician Jake they sent actually provided us with a repair. We were never pressured into any service we didn't want and Jake was incredibly knowledgeable and honest through the whole project. I would definitely use them again.
The Nimmer folks hunted down the one remaining part needed for our old furnace and repaired it on time and on budget. Beth and the crew who worked for us were very helpful in answering questions and providing alternatives for us.
Nimmer replaced my old furnace and the sensor of the fire damper in the ductwork. Pat, Rob and Josh did an excellent job. They were knowledgeable and efficient and arrived at 7:30am, as promised. I couldn’t be happier with their efforts. Also want to thank Tyler Voyles for the caring and thorough customer service he provided.
From the customer service person (Beth/Melinda) to the technicians (Blake/Joe) we were very happy with the service. Beth/Melinda were courteous, professional and very polite. Techs arrived right on time. Blake/Joe were professional. Joe was in training and explained everything he did. Talked and answered our questions on the replacement part which was under warranty. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. Would recommend Nimmer Heating.
Blake did a great job! He was very knowledgeable, efficient (and nice to talk to)! Our Viking Plumbers suggested Nimmer when we asked for an HVAC recommendation. We are very pleased with both Viking and Nimmer!
