Boiler went down on one of the coldest nights this year. They were able to come out next day. Beth was awesome and kept me up to date on arrival time. Blake was great. He solved the issue and was able to complete it under the initial estimate. Would definitely recommend. .

Our most recent experience with Nimmer (May 2023) again was outstanding. We replaced our elderly central a/c unit with a new one and the process was informative, friendly, and professional from beginning to end. Tyler described our options in new a/c units and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Pat and Josh installed the new unit, and also were very pleasant to work with. They were right on time, friendly, and happy to answer questions. Not only does Nimmer do excellent work, they hire great people to do the work.

Blake from Nimmer Heating & AC came out to do maintenance on our AC system. He was friendly, professional, and thorough in explaining what he checked and what each output meant. We have relied on Nimmer for years and trust them to maintain our HVAC systems.

Beth is an excellent communicator as the scheduler/coordinator. She is prompt, informative, and listens carefully. She is calm and poised even as potentially urgent issues arise. Really top shelf.

Great service from start to finish. The technician, Jake, was delayed arriving from an earlier repair job, but the communications were good and the team seemed flexible to adjust the visit as needed to meet my afternoon schedule. Jake arrived and diagnosed the issue. It was a somewhat unique situation, so he was attempting to get additional support from the manufacturer, but they had him on hold for an extensive period of time. While waiting, he used the time constructively to check that the other parts of the furnace were all working properly. We then discussed the issue and his concerns. He thoroughly walked me through what was happening and we agreed on a course of action. I was very pleased with his honest analysis and the time he took to find the best solution, while not wasting time or money. No pressure, honest, professional. Excellent service all around!!!

Been a customer since 2009. Always have had the best service especially from Jake Silva! Beth in the office handles all of my appointments with urgency and kindness. They all understand my needs as a homeowner and address problems with care and honesty. Always recommend!

After returning from a week in FL returned to my furnace out. Called wednesday afternoon and by Friday i had a new furnace. Everyone I dealt with from Blake, Melinda, Tyler and the installers, Pat and Josh, were extremely courteous and friendly. The day of the installation we had snow and they even shoveled my front walk and when they were finished did the driveway. Thanks again for the fast service.

I bought a Bryant furnace from Nimmer in 2013 and have had them service it ever since. Today it was serviced by Blake and Joe. They even had to take a wasp’s nest out of the furnace cavity.
