Blake was amazing. Came through and helped identify the issue quickly, pulled together a plan and got our heat back fast. In addition his positive attitude and clear communication made the process run smoothly

Nimmer is great, I highly recommend them. They did their best to save our AC and in the end we needed a new one, but they recommended a great unit and we are so happy with the service and the new system. Robert, Pat and Joe were great, so professional and respectful. I work at home and I barely knew they were there. I wish there were more than 5 stars!

Nimmer's response time is impressive; they came within an hour of us calling! Blake and Joe were very helpful and kind and outlined our options very clearly for us.

We had an AC unit go out on us and they were very helpful over the phone suggesting filter replacements and every other possibility before scheduling service. Upon scheduling service they were very accommodating and flexible in scheduling. Our service tech, Blake was very helpful and did a great job of keeping in contact with us, as we were not home for the service. Jake visited to see what popping sounds were caused by the air ducts , leveled the furnace and replaced the item that sounded every time the furnace started. Excellent work.
Stopped by office to set up appt. and met Beth, Marie, and Melissa. Everyone was friendly and set up my appointment for the day requested.

Blake and Joe did an excellent job of figuring out the problem and fixing it. Both were very knowledgeable and friendly. A+ service!

Jake did a great job. Explained what and why he was doing it. Shared results of the testing and explained what's normal/expected for a furnace that is 15 years old.
