these guys where great! they asked us permission before doing anything like drilling new holes and explained why. they were very informative after completing our install showing us how it all worked awnsering questions. they were respectful of our home couldn't have asked for a better experience

Had a loud noise coming from my furnace. Called to make an appointment and they were here within an hour. The service tech was very professional and very friendly did a great job explaining what he was doing and cleaned up when he was done. I am extremely happy with my decision to call bay area service and I definitely will be calling them again

This is my second time working with Bay Services (two different houses) and both times were excellent!!! From the amazing salesperson Mike Fisher (kind, funny, and thoroughly explains everything and gives great recommendations for products). Both times the service team did a wonderful job and explained how to use and maintain all the equipment and all the manuals are in highly organized easy-to-find pouch on the side of the furnace. After another business let us down we contacted Bay Area and they really delivered. Tim presented the bid which was perfect for us. His communication was prompt and he did a great job explaining what would be done. He also let our electrician know what was needed. Within 2 weeks it was installed by James & Joel. Both men were very prompt, professional and pleasant. The job was perfect and they were very neat. We had no cleanup after they left. We are very happy with our Mitsubishi split-type air conditioner. We would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future. Thank you.

Bay Area was fast to respond during winter when my furnace went out. Within a business day, they were on-site installing a new furnace and ac unit for me.
