After calling two other heating and cooling companies in town, we decided to call Bay Area Services. Mike Fisher from Bay Area Services came out to our home to do a replacement estimate of our air conditioner. He was fantastic! He is a kind and knowledgeable person and explained everything to my husband and I. We ended up buying a new air conditioner on the spot because of him. Mike from Bay Area Services is exactly the type of person you want to come check out your heating and cooling and we feel blessed we found the right people and company to take care of our heating and cooling needs. The service technicians were fantastic, but when I did experience an emergency and my furnace wouldn’t shut off, I regretted having to deal with technicians in Green Bay who couldn’t get to Rhinelander in time late in the day on a Friday. I ended up having to use a local company and paying close to $350 for the fix which was not reimbursed even though I was under warranty. I would rethink having service technicians out of my area in the future. Other than that I am very happy with the product and the service that I have received.
Our heat went out on a Thursday night, Current furnace was 31 years old so I called Bay Area Services for an estimate. They were at my house within an hour. Their pricing was fair and I wanted a Trane System. Discussed with Jack, very honest and friendly guy, that I really needed heat for the weekend and couldn’t wait until Monday. Jack arranged for Saturday installation. Matt and Joel were here at 8 am; we had a new furnace by lunch. Installers were very knowledgeable and professional. Our house is now nice and warm. Very happy customer.
Friendly, knowledgeable sales and service staff. Our AC went out when the temps were in the 90s and someone came out that same day to fix it. Our unit was 20 plus years old so it was time for a new one. We were very happy with both the sales and service staff when we purchased a new unit.

I ended up getting Trane for longevity and better quality, plus Nexia app is a great tool being able to control system anywhere, anytime. Highly recommended.

He really made it easy with making sure I knew all my options and the pricing differences, etc. Installation was a breeze to get coordinated.
