I got three estimates for a furnace and air conditioner replacement. Tim came out and gave us an estimate. There were higher and there were lower estimates, however, I felt like Bay Area would provide the best product and service for my needs. We had the Trane furnace and air installed. The technicians were very competent, and courteous. So far everything works as advertised. I am very happy with the decision to go with Bay Area and Trane. Five stars, would recommend.

Mike, the sales person, thought of things that nobody else would have.

He explained everything and took his time to measure and make sure that we were on the same page.

Then I was promptly scheduled and the install techs were very thorough.

Prompt service but over $200 service call for the replacement of a simple capacitor (online found for less than $30). This was under warranty so capacitor was free so don't know how much B.A.S. was going to charge if it wasn't under warranty. Charged for coming out $100, then $95/hr. He was there for less than 10 minutes. Went with this company since our warranty was with them. I guess they're all like this to an extent. It was a bonus day for them with us but they did come out without delay.

We had Bay Area out in 2018 to replace our furnace, we are very pleased with it. Yesterday they came out and replaced our A/C unit, and again we are very happy! The staff at Bay Area is always prompt, professional, and a joy to work with! Definitely recommend their services.

When our furnace’s life decided to come to an end, Bay Area was quick to assist. We had a new furnace and thermostat installed within a few days. The service was good and they were very affordable compared to some other quotes we received!

Had a great experience with this company. Tim, the salesman, was good at explaining everything about the different Air Conditioners and Furnances. The installers were on time and were professional. They explained all that they did during the install process and when the job was done they explained how to use the thermostat and what filters need to he changed each year along with what store to get them at. They also explained when to tune the units up each year. Overall, we had a great experience with Bay Area Services.

Bay Area Services reached out to me as they are the subcontracted group by the local Home Depot. Everything was flawless from start to finish. Mike, the sales tech, arrived right on time and immediately I could tell he was the honest type. We chatted about everything and then he helped me choose the best furnace and AC unit to replace my 33 year old system (which was still working). At no point did I feel like Mike was trying to take advantage of me and sell me on an "upgrade" that wouldn't have beneficial. He laid out everything and told me why he would recommend certain units versus others and ultimately did not push anything. In the end, I chose to go with a 2 stage furnace which was slightly more expensive. Mike was wonderful and I could not have met a better sales tech.

As for the installation group, they were equally as great. They were right on time and I headed to the office while they did the installation work. When I got back, they had everything removed and installed and had even put down a blanket to avoid getting my carpet on my stairs dirty. In the end, they cleaned up everything perfectly and also showed me how to use my new wi-fi thermostat.

This group is top notch and they are what you look for when you are purchasing a big install like a furnace and AC unit.
