The entire experience was wonderful. Brian Josephs our Salesman explained everything about the air system to us. We had several other estimates done and his was by far the best. The installers Matt & Gage were very professional and courteous. They also cleaned up after the install. 3 weeks after the install, Karen from Customer Service called to check in on us regarding our satisfaction. It was a positive experience working with such a great team from Bay Area Services Inc. Top notch A+

I was looking to get my air conditioning upgraded to a central air unit. The staff was very friendly and flexible with scheduling. Mike came and did the initial inspection to scope out the job and walk me through the options. Installation went smooth and everything was comfortably and comfortably within my budget. Would definitely recommend and I will absolutely be returning for any future HVAC needs.

Would not hesitate to use this company again. They were very professional and responsive to all of my many questions. They installed our furnace, air conditioner, and gas line. Friendly, informative, and cleaned up afterwards. We are very happy with the product and service received!

First time doing business with Bay Area Services and I had a great experience working with them from start to finish having central air installed in my house. Mike Fisher was honest and upfront and wasn't pushy at all. He answered all of my questions and treated me with professionalism. The crew that installed my A/C unit worked hard and did a great job installing everything making all the hoses look clean on the outside of the house and on the ductwork above the furnace. It took them around 2 1/2 hours to install. I had my A/C unit installed on 5/24/22 and it's been working great since then. I went with the Trane XR13 unit and I am very happy with it. The entire house is now nice and super cool even on those 90 degree days! I highly recommend this company and I will definitely do business with them again.

We have had Bay Area Services for Servicing our A/C and Furnace for several years and have always been pleased with their service. A few years ago they installed our new Central Air unit and the most recent was a new Furnace. They have always taken care of our issues in a timely manner.

From the salesman to the installers, I was very pleased. The installers were fast, professional, took the time to show me everything I needed to know and cleaned up really well.

We purchased a home that had a new HVAC system installed in January of 2022.
We assumed that it was running efficiently. We assumed wrong.
I contacted Bay Area Services to do a maintenance check.
Boy am I glad we did.
Our tech, James, identified 2 issues we were unaware of.
The gas settings were too high and not set to proper standards, and there was a water leaking from the drain trap.
James pointed this out, adjusted the settings and even though our system wasn’t installed by Bay Area Services, he let us know that it was under warranty from the manufacturer.
We could have had a major problem of it wasn’t fixed.

Wade and Gage we on time professional, polite snow was coming down they were careful to wipe their feet . They clean up the mess from install so well you could not tell they were here. Took time to explain the new fangled thermostat and system to us.
