Eric Zehren has to one of the nicest and Super people I have met. He took time out for me to fix a problem with my furnace: AC unit. Another HVAC company did a tuneup and disconnected a wire. He caught it right away.10 stars for this guy.He should get a promotion. Thanks Eric!

Julie and her team are amazing at what they do. We needed a lot of custom work with our furnace and AC and they installed everything, setup and cleaned up, and connected software to run it all. They came out 2 days for our project and were on time right to the minute. The price was very good for what we had done. Julie is very friendly, honest, knowledgeable, and a joy to work with. Her team were all equally friendly and did a great job. A++

Our experience was amazing. From the technicians to Julie, the owner - all so knowledgeable and helpful. Our boiler went out, and it was cold outside, despite being spring. Julie went out of her to way to ensure our children would be warm until her crew could install a new boiler. She brought over electric heat - and that was incredibly thoughtful. She took the time to explain what we were purchasing, and why the products were recommended. I was amazed at the customer service all around - highly recommend.

Update: 4 years later and same great service. Quick diagnosis of problem and quick repair. Serviceman Ray is top notch!

Furnace went out on a Friday night. Called their phone service. Got a call back within minutes. Talked through it and the service man was at our home the following morning at 7:45a and fixed the problem on a furnace they don't carry. Have worked with Hurckman for years - good listeners, no pressure. They fix problems.

Normally I don't write reviews unless the service really stands out. But here I am ready to rave about Hurckman, they the first company I called and the last one. I had 4other quotes and Hurckman by far is the best priced. Always on time and very professional. From my initial call to install was maybe two weeks and I couldn't be more pleased. This is my 2nd house I’ve had in 15 years. Both when I bought had furnace issues. First one was forced air and the owner Julie came out on a Saturday when it died and replaced it! Today my boiler died in this house and Julie came out with John and a couple of others and replaced it! GREAT JOB!!

Best heating and cooling business I've experienced in the Green Bay area. In my experience the technicians were honest, efficient and reliable. They are my only suggestion for people in the area.

Able to squeeze me into the schedule last minute when my furnace wasn't working. Eric was extremely helpful, explained what he was doing as he went, and how to troubleshoot if I have issues in the future. Great overall service experience.

Our furnace was going on and off the last few days, so I called at Hurckman 9 am. Kevin came and had it fixed by 11:15! Miracle Worker! Great Service!! They were great this past summer too when our air conditioning went out and Kevin came to fix it. Great service and timeliness! We can’t recommend them enough!
