Hurckman Heating & Cooling

Very friendly staff, both the dispatch and the service techs, work done at a fair price! They got here in just a couple hours in awful weather and fixed my furnace in like 2 minutes. The techs explained what they were doing and taught me how to do what they had done so I could better maintain my furnace. Fantastic service, couldn't be happier.

My Wife and I closed on our house and arrived to find the heat was and had been out for some time. 44 degrees inside at the end of February on a Friday night at 6 PM. Calling Hurckman got us an immediate answer and set up service for 6 am the following morning, a Saturday, which was as soon as possible. Upon arrival, Julie and Rick had the problem diagnosed within 2 minutes, and replaced the faulty part within 30 minutes. No issues since. They showed the best customer service I've seen in quite some time and their knowledge of the unit and it's history and function was fantastic. Thank you and we look forward to a continued working relationship with Hurckman HC.

These folks were by far the best subcontractor we worked with on our home construction. They know their stuff and do quality work. We had a few minor issues and they were out the same day to resolve them. Highly recommend.

Our furnace went down right before Thanksgiving, which is also right in the middle of deer hunting season so I was sure we were out of luck and in for a cold Thanksgiving weekend. Boy was I wrong! Not only did they get out to check the problem immediately, but when it turned out we needed a new furnace , brought us out, the night before Thanksgiving, space heaters to get us through until they could get the new one installed first thing Friday. Not only that, I received communication throughout the entire process including Thanksgiving morning in answer to yet another of my questions. I recommend Hurckman to anyone needing help with their furnace or A/C, if I could give them more than the 5 stars available I would give them a 20!

In May of 2018 we replaced both a 20 year old furnace and a/c with a Carrier from Hurckman Heating and Cooling. Julie, the owner, is very knowledgeable about HVAC and did not try to “up sell” us with a system that we did not need. Her honesty has won me over and I will be with Hurckman for life.

Called service estimator Julie to get an estimate on a chimney liner. I had said I would have the door open and she sent someone out and my fault I forgot to have the door open. So, I call and apologize for the disconnect in a voicemail message. So in retaliation apparently Julie decided not to return my call and when I called her back again see if she got the message her response is they are no longer interested because apparently they operate business like teenagers handle not getting there way. Poor.

They got in and out and solved the problem quickly at my rental property. Will definitely work with them again!!

Julie is top notch. She is the most informative person you can get on residential heating and cooling. Her crew is prompt, friendly, and thorough. If I ever need any HVAC work done, I'm calling Julie.

When our furnace went out, company worked with us to get it fixed. Kevin, the service tech, was excellent in explaining what was wrong and what he was doing. Would recommend them to anyone.
